By far my best headset. Was running TB’s for years but constantly kept going out, these however have stayed steady and continue to work well.

Makes me so sad to leave a bad review because i have been a longtime supporter of steelseries. For the price of this headset it should have knocked all fields out of the park. Its very comfortable but thats about the only thing going for it. Its quiet, there is a constant hum in the earphone, and get this, I buy the xbox version and it doesnt work for my xbox. Works on my PS5 and PC and even my phone but not my xbox....and no it wasnt a faulty unit because i traded it for another one and same thing right out of the box....get the steelseries 7

Its okay for gaming in shooters but not good for theatrical aingle player games. It makes those games sounds tight and dull. I rather have a set that sounds like a movie theater than hearing footsteps

Works great. Only quirk is that you have to turn on/shut off power and Bluetooth separately. But once I figured that out it’s not that big of a deal

The headset is really good. Interchangeable batteries is a huge plus. My only critique about the headset is there is a noise cancelling mic on the inside of the ear cups. Which is the headset isn't sitting just right can cause ear pain.

This headset is amazing, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a premium headset for gaming. And with the base station you can literally use it for anything, PlayStation, Xbox, or PC

Amazing, I was skeptical about buying another expensive headset but it was completely worth it. Never had such easy to use pair.

I had an Arctis Pro Wireless before this (avoid those; the headbands break too easily). The biggest issue I have with the newer model is the earcup depth. The noise cancellation hardware in the earcups touch my ears from time to time, which is a little annoying. Deeper earpads would be a big help. The wireless range does also seem to be downgraded from the Arctis 7 and Arctis Pro Wireless, maybe by 5 feet or so. Places I used to reach with ease have some intermittent dropout now. Worse, the effects of a weak signal are much harsher, as things can distort really badly near the edge of the range. Overall, I think this should be around $250, since it doesn't an across-the-board upgrade from its predecessor and the accessory support isn't as good.

For $350, this headset falls short on value. Astro is still the king and although this headset is really good, it’s not the best especially for the price. If the price was $250 it would be five stars.

Very good article however the charging may be an issue and the cost of the batteries could be a problem. If you’re overusing the headphones consider buying another one.

First off this sounds great, has awesome range aling with having both wifi and Bluetooth connections at the same time. My main problem is the wifi hub it comes with and the hotswapping feature. Multiple times when i plug a new battery in itll kill the hub for what appears to be a random amount of time before finally turning back on hours later now requiring a firmware update to bring the headset back from an apparent bricked state. Overall its a nice headset, i did swap the pads for a thicker pair but im concerned about the longevity of this device.
