I love the headset. The noise cancelation works great and the sound is crisp and clear.

I got these about a year ago and let me tell you they are amazing if your on pc download the app they have and you'll have so many customizations.

I've had it for over a year now, and the microphone randomly mutes itself. During gameplay, the mute will "flicker" constantly turning off and on, making chat difficult. Running your finger against the mute button without pressing it will also trigger the mute action. Before this began, I loved the headset. It works with every console as well as my PC, and sounds great.

Works with my PC, Xbox, and Playstation. Sounds good, including the mic. Just a great headset.

Flagship, fantastic headset in every regard EXCEPT sidetone. If you prefer being able to monitor the level of your voice when chatting, this headset's sidetone is so low it's literally unusable. You can hear yourself fine with nothing else playing, but in the middle of an FPS match with gunfire or explosions? Forget it. So sad that a flagship $350 headset has sidetone that's literally worse than a $70 Turtle Beach headset. Had to return.

Great sound easy to use. Really wish it still had the volume knob that controls chat why that is still on a cheaper set I will never know.

Had the Steelseries Arctis Pro Wireless before these. Battery life is way longer. Noise cancelling is very nice. Love them

Have had these ovver a year now and theybare still holding steong. One battery started to have an issue so i called manufacturer and they sent 2 replacement batteries no questions asked. The no fuss support has made me use this brand specifically now.

I wish I could give this a better score, but this headset has a major flaw that likely affects anyone with larger ears. Inside each earcup is a microphone that's used for ANC. They are rigidly suspended directly in front of the center of the driver, which meant that I had little plastic nubs pushing into the flesh of my ears. This causes irritation and, I know from past experience with things that rub against the ear, will become very painful after extended use. Also, a less deal-breaking issue, the microphone is difficult to blindly grip and extend. It looks nice when retracted to the point where you could actually wear these outside of gaming, but I much prefer the mics on the older SteelSeries headsets. The reason I'm not giving this just one star is that it's otherwise a nice headset. I tested the hot swap battery and it worked great. I know the frequency response has been measured to not be flat, but that's not really an issue because I think the response curve sounds good for games. When used on PC, SteelSeries Sonar is also excellent. The virtual surround is the best of the many that I've tried. And the parametric EQ is great to see as it allows for greater customization of sound than a standard graphic EQ. The knobs on the headset and base station integrate with Sonar, so adjusting the chat mix adjusts it within Sonar.
