Comfortable, sturdy, with great sound even on xbox!

Absolutely phenomenal headphones. Being able to connect to the wireless base AND connect to bluetooth, with both sounds merging/overlapping, is honestly a game-changer. I can game on my PC, hear my cell ring and take the call, still hearing the game sound while also hearing whoever is on the phone. I will never be able to go back to any other headphones.

Best headset I've had. I've tried many different headsets for the Xbox series x. Turtle beach, trition, razer and few others and this is by far the best sounding and just best feel. The ear piece is a little small if you have big ears otherwise it's amazing.

Sounds good, no better than my Astro A50’s. I returned them due to them squeezing around my ears and making my head hurt. The extra battery on charge is great because they die pretty quickly so you will definitely be needing the second one. The active noise control didn’t work very well, I could hear everything in my house even with it maxed out. I didn’t find setting up the eq very intuitive, and there are no presets for games so you just have to play with it until you get it how you like it. The best option for sound isn’t even available for use on console, so you lose the best sound options if your not playing on pc. Good but not great, I’m waiting on the Astro A50 x’s to come back into stock and I’m gonna get them.

Amazing headphones, I wouldn't recommend getting them for their ANC, but otherwise, the headphones have outstanding sound quality.

I bought mine directly from the Steelseries website when it first came out. It worked great for a couple years but software issues were recurring, though I was always able to fix them. Today it was working fine before lunch, after waking from sleep after lunch the Sonar app fails to recognize any devices at all. I dont know if it is the Sonar app itself or the headphone base station, but it would be easier to workaround if not for the fact that this thing relies 100% on their app to function at all. So now even if this isnt a hardware issue my device is effectively bricked either way. Unlike past software bugs this one seems unfixable, but do yourself a favor and buy a simple headset that works plug and play like they all used to, without all the stupid gimmicks and features that force us to rely on buggy apps and logins just to use a peripheral. At this point Im going back to standard non-RGB, firmware-only/app free, peripherals. I definitely wont be buying anything from SteelSeries either. Be warned.

2 stars for the headset, -1 stars for bestbuy's return policy. I bought this thing 2 months ago. Great sound quality, swappable battery is a life changing feature. Unfortunately -- after 2 months one of the swappable batteries stopped charging. Also -- like MANY people here have commented, there is a sincere flaw with this headset where there is a hard, plastic nub on the inside part of the ears. It pokes me in the ear. It pokes a lot of people in the ear. I worked with a friend with a 3D printer and found some printable 'adapter' that would give the ear cuffs a little more clearance and HOPEFULLY make it so I could wear this headset without having it dig into the cartilage of my ear.. took me a while to get him to make it, meet up, etc -- and it didn't really work. So I took this thing back Oh wait, best buy has a 15 day return policy now and I blew the window. Good thing I paid for the overpriced geeksquad protection plan so I actually got some store credit, but I was out the $$$ it cost for the plan. Talked to a manager, they don't care. If I wanted this level of service and compassion that the literal most expensive headset I think most people will ever buy in their lives, I'd just go to some online retailer and deal with a robot. 15 days? Come on. I was trying to figure out a solution and the battery died on me, prompting me to take it back. Crap headset, awful QA. Clearly the people who QA'd this particular thing don't have ears.

Best headset I have ever used , pairs perfectly with my Xbox, laptop, phone , etc . Nothing better than listening to music from your phone while playing xbox

Great headphones. Pricey so try to carch on a sale. Note - Had to pair headphones with the receiver unlike manual which said it would already be paired.

Best headset for xbox currently on the market. Very noise canceling. Audio quality is fantastic one tunned with the software.

Excellent sound. Foot Steps are crisp and accurate. Definitely improved my game play on COD.

For what these cost they provide exceptional sound for games like Doom Eternal or Hellblade. 4k movies are enjoyable as well. But they clip when listening to music with any base or fidelity. And they are not recognized by 360 audio even though they are supposed to be 7.1 I don't get how they aren't 360 certified. Honestly these are worth about 125$ anything more is ridiculous.

My husband loves them, uses them for everything from school work to phone calls and gaming. They are expensive but seem worth it.

Sound is excellent for gaming and spacial audio is great mic needs work.
