The sound is great, the cancellation noise is great but I had problems with the mic because when I had to enter a chat I heard them but they didn't and I can't believe that something like this happens with such an expensive headset, it could be lowering it an update but as if I don't have a PC and I don't have close friends to help me and then I decided to change them for others.

Great sound easy setup plug n play and go. Works great with both ps5 and xbox

Amazing features and audio quality. Unfortunately the ear cushions are too thin and the drivers are massive. Had to return because my ears hurt after long gaming sessions and didnt feel like it was fair at this price point. Hopefully they fix this issue in later generations.

Ive had this headset for quite some time and I absolutely loved it! But what kills it, whenever im playing a game and something big happens or fast movements the audio decides to RIP. Its like a some disorted audio ripping and its unstabel. It will go on for quite sometime till whatever is going on passes. Cant recommend this headset for the price that it is if its going to have unstable conmections

I purchased this headset and one of the two batteries came defective right out of the box. The battery is completely dead and will not take a charge. I contacted customer service and they provided me with a coupon to get a replacement battery. Only problem is the batteries have been out of stock since who knows how long. I brought this to their attention and their response was basically “sorry about your luck”. I guess it’s too much to ask to get a new battery from the thousands of headsets that they have sitting in their warehouse.

I purchased these headsets from the big A (where you can but soap or a car). My experience has been horrible. The headset was a pain to setup initially and has not improved. They are constantly hiredwired to my computer via usb because the battery lasts about 30mins during gameplay and it will frequently power off. I have scraped the internet for firmware, etc updates hoping it was simply human error. the Customer service experience is completely automated and an additional time sink with hoops to jump through. I share this review because I hope its informative to someone's purchase decision. I am swearing of steelseries and will research other brands and their customer service protocol before making a purchase at this price point for a product like this.

Love old steel series headset. Got this one when they dropped price for wireless no a pro to 249 for a day. Im teturning tbe headset even tho I paid 100 bucks less. The firmware is buggy and not finished off not worth the hassle yet. Constant resets restart. Too much hassle

Awesome!! Best headset I have had so far. Little expensive but worth the money. Hopefully they stand the test of time

One of the worst headphone you can buy!!!! I had high hopes for them. Only thing that good about these headphones are that they Bluetooth but the sound quality sucks and i rather keep my Astros A50

Does anyone else gave the problem the the mic oucs up everythibg and never cuts off? I have to physically mute/unmute just to speak bc it pics up everything litetally even my breathing

It's Xbox compatible, but all the features that make it a good headset only works with the computer. So I bought an expensive headset for no reason.

Do not buy this headset. The noise canceling speaker in the ear cuff pushes on your ear. I loved the Arctis pro wireless. So I figured the upgrade should be better right? Well they are in every way BUT the design has a major flaw. The noise canceling speaker in the ear cuff pushes on top part of your ear. I tried adjusting them but could never find a comfortable position.

Use to love this brand but support is no help i shouldn’t have to buy another headset especially paying 350+ for these. Stay far far away my headset mutes snd unmutes its self rapidly where you cant even play.

Put it on to do a first test and it sounded afal the mic was afal just a bad headset
