Probably the best gaming headset i have used to date. They are comfortable and sound amazing. The dual connection feature is pretty nice to have.

4.5 rating. Got it for a great deal thanks to best buy price match. Love using the dual wireless/bluetooth to play my games and listen to videos on my phone and the seanless transition between playing and answering a call and going back into chat is just so convenient Swapping batteries and never not having charge to play or enjoy media is great. Only wish the app worked for this model. Requires a pc to maximize sound profiles beyond basic presets or basic custom setting via DAC. If added app support sould be 5/5

I have been using Astro A50s for the past 5 years. Every 6 months I'd trade them in due to the cheap plastic breaking. This last time I was given a bugged out one and after dealing with it for 30 days I decided to go a different route. Within seconds I noticed the difference in the build quality of the SteelSeries - Pros. instead of cheap plastic like the A50s, they utilized metal. The earcups were made of a comfortable leatherette. They come with 2 swappable batteries to help keep you in the game! They have Active Noise Cancelling equipped which a game changer. The sound dynamics are absolutely astonishing (highly recommend taking off FLAT when unboxing). This is definitely what premium sounds, feels, , looks, and smells like! Hopefully, you will be as amazed as I was!

love the versatility...super comforatble but thinking about buying some aftermarket earcups for more comfort for those long days. Love the extra battery and charging port on the dock. Super convienient flipping between PS5 and PC audio

Went from Astro a50s to these and I’m very please. The ease of swapping batteries is a huge plus on top of the headset connecting to the base is much smoother!

Love these ! Great sound and long the replaceable batteries never get caught in a situation where I don’t have a charge! Highly recommend to get a replaceable spare battery!

I have owned many headphones over the years, my last pair we're EPOS. the sound quality was amazing on those and I didn't think it could be matched but these exceeded my expectations and I would say are within 5-10% of the sound quality. The fact it has 2 batteries so that when one runs out you can just hot swap them and never have to actually plug in your headset to keep it charged is probably the best thing about it. No complaints.

Picked these up on sale to pair with the software I already had. Very comfortable. The ability to control how your sound is received, delivered, etc is a dream. My only *complaint* if you can call it that, is when listening at higher volumes, it doesnt FEEL louder? I don't know if this is good or bad, but it is. Still 5/5 and would highly reccomend.

The audio is excellent but they feel slightly tight on my head (although to be fair I have a larger size head). They start to feel a little snug after about an hour but it’s not as bad as most other brands and I usually can manage. Maybe a little overpriced for what they do but overall very good.

I love my arctis nova pros great for xbox or pc i love the different settings you can adjust for audio and the built in charger for the battery.

Amazing headset. Very comfortable. The swappable battery packs are very convenient. This headset does it all! Works for PS5 and Series X. I can connect it to my phone via bluetooth and listen to music and watch movies. The active noise cancellation is pretty good.

The seamless transtion of batteries and being able to have some noise canceling added. It seems be comfortably worn after some hiurs of gameplay but ill probably get the gel ears pads in the future, the leather ears muffs are nice and no complaints but i know the gel ear aftermarket ones ive seen will be less hot I can def hear footsteps better in pubg and cod

Razer and corsair are great products dont get me wrong ive used both of those products but steel series is much better on a completely different level. Software is easy but i didnt need anything installed to get the connection working. Plugged in the bluetooth device turned on my headset and off i went. Perfect sound quality and the batteries almost steered me away but thsy are 10x better than i thought

Excellent headset, i love the fact that it has batter packs versus charging it on a stand, and audio quality is amazing. Love the fact i can use this with my xbox and PC at the same time. Easy to set up as well. Would recommend to buy, the xbox version works with any console so look at which version your buying

The sound quality is outstanding, the noise cancellation feature works perfectly, battery life is great. Hands down the best headphones I have ever owned.

This was a present for my son. He likes the higher end gear and has had mamy brands. Once he dialed in his new headphones he was very happy with the sound, mic, battery and comfort. His new #1.

I’ve been doing research for a while and just clicked the button on it. (4/20/23). My initial use of these I connected them with my xbox and played destiny 2 with them and I was mostly amazed with the quality of the headset. For 350 it better! I forgot that also the headset has a bluetooth function that allows you to connect your phone as well. the leather cushion cups don’t feel bad. Transparency mode works good and ANC is ok. But the main factor is game party chat mixer. When a cut scene was playing i prioritize the game and laughing it up I prioritize the chat, even changing it from the headphones. I would recommend them only the xbox version if you’re a multi platform gamer cause it do work with other consoles besides just the xbox. I briefly used these as my phone headset and they worked fine. I will update as time goes on
