So far this is the best headset I've owned. Trust me and get the Xbox version, as it's compatible with all systems, where as the PC and Playstation do not work with Xbox. Your headset will never die again with the dual battery swap feature. The Bluetooth feature is also amazing. The headphones themselves are very comfortable on my head and don't just fall off my head looking down or up. The only downfall is that the earpads cup your ear with a tight seal, great for sound and noise cancellation, but ears can get warm after prolonged use.

10/10 headset, might be a little pricey but definitely worth it. Quality is amazing, sound is incredible and the ability to adjust everything at just the click of a button is so useful. Went from the steelseries arctis 9x to these and am not disappointed. I was pretty bad at remembering to charge my old headset when I was done using them but with these I never have to worry about it. Being able to swap the battery packs mid games is awesome

Okay so once you get it out of the box and connect it, you will have to adjust your sound settings- obviously- Once you do the sound is amazing. I have industrial piercings on both sides and the ear cushions do not bother me. Most gaming sessions can be from 4-10 hrs in length. I also must have a smaller head because I put them in straight out of the box. Now battery life. I work 4 tens and have 3 days off. I played for 4 hours one night then set the headset down - not on charge- came back 4 days later and I still had juice. The mike. There is a button on the side to mute the mike, when you do the button and mouth piece glow red. Not an annoying red but so you can see you’re muted. Have not tested range yet. Overall it’s worth the money for quality.

Been using this headset daily for a little over a month now, I have the base connected to my Xbox series x and my ps5. It switches back and forth seamlessly and has the best audio I’ve experienced, and I’ve gone through quite a few headsets trying to find the best. Movies, games, music…..this headset is the best in my opinion. Being able to charge one battery while using the other is a huge benefit. Just glance at the base display to see battery levels. The retractable mic is great, no background noise has been reported from friends in parties, and they say they can hear me crisp and clear. In my opinion, you get more than what you pay for with these cans. I love’em!

Headset is the best, especially if you have multiple consoles/pc. Currently using it on Ps5 and Xbsx and it works perfectly. I previously had the old Arctis pros and these do sound better, but only slightly. If you have the money and just want these you won’t be disappointed. If you’re old Arctis pros are still good then it may not be worth the upgrade. Noise canceling works good enough for a gaming headset. The headset is way more comfortable than the previous model and while I’m not a huge fan of leather earcups these don’t bother me. The most annoying flaw for me is that you can no longer have multiple custom eqs on the dac. You only have an option for 1. Now if you’re a pc player you can have multiple but console players are out of luck. I just wish I could get one more custom eq for open world games and fps games.

Best headset money can buy. The interchangeable rechargeable batteries provide a completely wireless play while maintaining unreal battery life. The surround sound is top tier as well and the Bluetooth connectivity let's you scroll your phone with audio or take a call, all while never leaving your chat.

One of the best purchases ive made for an add on to my gaming setup. Having 2 swappable batteries is the best, then the fact its a gaming headset that can also connect to anything with Bluetooth capabilities further adding to its versatility! The sound quality is absolutely phenomenal, and the setup and tuning is really easy to adjust! Definitely would recommend buying this headset if your thinking about it!

I can’t say enough good things about this headset. Yes, it’s expensive. But it’s extremely worth the cost. It’s very comfortable on my head. I replaced the ear cups just because I wanted a custom color option but the mfg ear cups are just fine. The spare battery in the DAC is an absolute game changer. For a headset mic, the mic quality is good, I would give it a 4/5. Audio quality is fantastic. The native ability to split off the audio into channels is also very nice. I use this mostly with my PC but occasionally with my Xbox and it switches back and forth with no problems.

After having many different headsets over many years for my consoles. This is the best one by far. The battery life on one battery is long. After gaming a few hours, few days a week. Not a lot of gaming. I am able to swap out batteries once a week. The audio quality is fantastic. Much better bass response than other Steelseries headsets. These work great connected to a cell phone. And while they are not as good dedicated headphones for music. They are still pretty decent. On Battlefield I am able to pinpoint footsteps and shot location. I can even do so while listening to music off of my cell phone. Yes, these are expensive. But they are good enough to not only work as your headset, but also as headphones. And with the premium design. They don’t look as out of place out and about.

These headphones are the most luxurious things I’ve ever had the pleasure of owning. However, there are some very obvious hardware flaws that makes the experience incredibly frustrating. To start off, these headphones are notorious for the ANC speaker inside the earcup poking too far out. This inconvenience makes gaming extremely uncomfortable. I was forced to purchase a third-party ear cup with extra padding to avoid my ear touching the speaker. Without it, gaming is enjoyable for 3 minutes max before someone with moderate sized ears, like myself, becomes uncomfortable. It’s hard not to be frustrated at the serious design flaw. When the bluetooth is on, but the Bluetooth device is not actually outputting any audio, there is a constant buzzing in one of the ears that only goes away when Bluetooth is either off, or actually playing audio. I’ve returned these 2 seperate times, so I’m now on my third pair of these headphones, and all three have at a really cheap plastic-sounding creaking everytime I rotate or move the earcup in any way. The bass is extremely underwhelming. To compensate, you may use the Sonar software (which is one of the most shining features of these headphones) to adjust the bass gain, but if you’re a streamer or content creator of any sort, you later realize that while the bass may sound normal in your ears, it’s actually HEAVILY distorted in recordings. Meaning you’d have to have the bass turned down pretty significantly, which only makes the audio experience more unpleasant. I have a lot of amazing things I could share about these headphones, but I believed it’s glorified enough in any review video ever. The convenient battery switch and Bluetooth/usb simultaneous wireless connections alone is a staple in what makes a pair of headphones this luxurious. But for the price point, my God some of these designs needs to be brought back to the drawing board. The price is not worth having so many frustrating flaws. Overall, I’ve learned to work around its flaws. I plan on returning it one more time in hopes of receiving a pair without the annoying plastic creaking. love it for what it is, but I can’t stand it for how it is. If the issues I mentioned were addressed and appropriately fixed, these would be the most top selling luxury gaming headphones in my opinion. Weigh your pros and cons carefully before making the purchase. You’ll fall in love with it, but this is what frustrating because now you’re dedicating time and money into finding workarounds for issues that should never exist.

This headset has a great set features. Two batteries that you can charge and swap at anytime, presets for many popular games and the ability to swap between pc/ console on the fly. It’s a phenominal headset and definitely worth the money if you want to take your gaming experience to the next level. P.S. if you do end up getting this headset, don’t use objects to open the battery compartment on it, you’ll score the aluminum. Instead spin the compartment cover until you feel the magnet disengage and just turn it over and let it fall into your hand, it’s much easier that way.

The comfort on these headphones is actually very good — you can wear them for long sessions without any issues. The microphone is also solid, clear enough for calls and gaming. However, the sound quality is disappointing. The noise isolation is almost nonexistent, and the audio feels very flat and weak — like you’re listening to two phone speakers placed next to your ears. Definitely not what you expect at this price point, especially if you care about music. Also, the separate base station feels unnecessary and inconvenient. It adds extra clutter and doesn’t really improve the experience. Overall, decent for communication and comfort, but not recommended if sound quality matters to you.

Best headset I’ve ever purchased. Great quality sound, amazing bass. I only play FPS games, where surround sound is priority to identifying in what direction the enemy is located. Love the xtra battery.
