I have to turn it up almost all the way for average sound. The box is stupid, I don’t want to get up and go across the room to make adjustments to my headphones. The earcups… idk what ears this company has but they are all too small

All except the audio quality

Unfortunately i didnt get to try them since it was defective out of the box. They felt good and were very comfortable but the base station and batteries are what caused me to have to return them. Out of the box i had to factory reset the base station twice and then perform a firmware update on a pc to get them to connect to my xbox. Then it wouldnt charge the batteries rendering the headset useless. Went with the logitech 50x instead eliminating the battery issue.

Had to bring it to get a new one. now after some time with this one my mic quality is very bad people can hear my fan when I’m on a call on top of audio cutting in and out from my Xbox when playing games.
