Great headset but expensive

One complaint i do have is the awkwardness of swapping out the battery is a lot less seamless for the Nova. Perhaps it will become more smooth with time.

One battery started to have an issue so i called manufacturer and they sent 2 replacement batteries no questions asked. The no fuss support has made me use this brand specifically now.

Old one was easier to access. Magnets feel weak for the cover. The battery seems to drain quicker than previous versions. The mic has to be out to be heard. Old ones you could leave tucked in. Software is not the best either but maybe I'm missing something.
