[Employee of bestbuy] Ive been using these for a few weeks now and have loved them. Two batteries means it has never died on me and the choices for audio is really surprising. Being able to have them with my xbox and phone at the same time means my friends don’t have to hear tik tok in down time through my mic. But there is a few issues. I can hear in the headphone itself when i turn on bluetooth with a little buzzing sound i cant hear it when any other sound is playing though. I wish the active noise cancellation was better but it’s enough to drown out a neighbors lawn mower or an air conditioner. Overall I think these are better than most other headsets I’ve used in my life but non gaming headsets like XM4s or the apple pro max’s blow these out of the wattee in terms of noise cancellation and sound quality. Amazing for gaming and not much more. Still would recommend these to a friend if they could get a deal on them.

My boyfriend absolutely loves this headset. He says it's the biggest jump in quality he has ever experienced and he can never go back. It never loses connection and he likes the dual battery feature so you're never dead in the water needing a charge.

I used to have the turtle beach stealth pros and those were by far the best headphones until i tried these. There is way more customizable options for your gameplay and batteries last longer

The audio quality is great, the mic sounds OK according to my friends. The active noise cancelation isn't as good as Sony or Bose, but it'll do for gaming unless you have a very noisy fan next to you. The simultaneous Bluetooth connection is awesome, although only the Bluetooth device will be able to hear the mic, your console/PC will not. It supports Xbox, and basically every other console and PC that does USB audio output, although you can't quite easily switch between Xbox and the other device. This can be annoying as Xbox never cuts the USB power even when it's completely turned off, so I have to unplug it from Xbox when I'm on PS5. The battery design is genius, the base station charges one battery while you are using the other one, so you never really run out of battery unless you forget to put the dead one into the base station.

Love using this headset for gaming and listening to music.

Easy to setup, Bluetooth works great, Almost never ending battery life, Comfortable, ANC, and Transparency. How you sound to others is a bit lower than other headsets but other than that you have Everything you’d want is in this headset.

A great buy for those who have a PS5 and a Xbox. It makes it easy to just turn on a system and automatically switches. It’s a little pricy but beats buying two separate headsets. The extra battery makes sure you never run out.

This headset features the best microphone design. I've had other expensive gaming headsets. In all of them, the pull-down microphone either died or had issues with shorting out. The best design for how this one is I don't think it'll develop the problems the older ones did.

I have had Astro A50 headsets for the past 6 years. I have tried razor and logitech. By far the Steelseries Novas Pro has been my favorite. Amazing sound with the sonar app. Great fir.

Replaced my A50s that started falling apart. These headphones are better in every aspect. The sound is crystal clear. The battery lasts all day, and comes with two. Replaced the ear pads with a thicker pair.

Great headset for gaming. Was really hard to let go of my Astro A50s, but these did not disappoint. Great sound quality and easy to set up. Very pricey though. They are good but not sure if they are worth the 350 price tag.

Owned for 3 months. Switched from turtle beach stealth gen 3(200$, 150$ on sale; much better headset). Tried this on in store with my buddy and saved up. Loved the fit of the headset. Super light. Good speakers. The bad: not good mic. Use this on pc and xbox switching compared to turtle beach is ridiculously harder. Like have to unplug the cables even using the inefficient pc app. Not great. The mic. Had 5 friends tell me how quieter and less clear my 400$ mic is. Said my turtle beach was better(haha half price lol). Bluetooth: horrible. Worked for a month with my iphone 15 pro. Wouldn’t connect one day. All my drivers: up to date. Firmware: up to date iPhone: up to date. This headset is prolly great for a ps5 owner that wants to look cool. Prolly great for someone that plays 1 hour a week. Inefficient headset for using anything this headset touts over headsets that do the same thing, better. Cheaper. Very regretfully spent the money, buy the turtle beach. (My 8 year old Astro A40 TR are also better) I also spent 10 minutes changing words because Best Buy is trying to protect its overpriced tech.

I had the old Arctis Pro 9X since they came out and I loved them. These are such nice upgrades. Noise cancellation is fantastic. The extra battery that charges in the daq is AWESOME. The price is a bit high but honestly, the quality matches the sound.

Amazing headset. I primarily play RB6 Siege and I use the footsteps preset.. absolutely amazing. Especially now that the audio in siege has been advanced. Definitely recommend this headset 100% if you’re a competitive gamer. Worth every penny.

I own orher great headsets but this one is by far the best pair of headsets I have ever put on. It works worh pretty any device, sound is incredible, i was already used to headsets thst support dolby atmos, pulse 3d and thx but im still impressed with the sound quality, channel separation, and just how well the sound isolation of each channel works. Many times i turn my head becuase it feels like I hear certain sounds in my house when they are actually in the game. This headset is pretty much without exaggeration the best headset in the market right now.

I never leaves reviews and i have bought hundreds of things online.i really wanted to like thjs headset, but there is one major flaw on this headset. The built in ANC in the headset is plastic piece inside of the headset, which after a short period of time it presses againdt your ears. No matter what I did it just hirt non stop...ianother con is the microphone isnt that great, but steelseries isnt known for their microphones. The audio sounded really good, but the one major flaw cant be overlookef and many have said the same thing about this headset.

I love these headphones, sounds amazing and pretty comfortable. Kinda sucks if toy dont have a desktop to be next to the volume dock but not a big deal. Just keep that in mind if your a couch gamer like me lol.

I love these! The battery is hot swappable, within 8 seconds. It only took one try to get it right. The sound is impressive. I like thst I can be on the phone and play without taking off the headphones.

What a headset! You have so much freedom in setting up your sound settings that I don't think you can go wrong here. You can adjust the different bass and treble levels of your sound and even more, so whatever you want your headset to sound like, you can make it happen. While it can double as Bluetooth headphones I personally only use it for gaming. It's easy to set up and change the battery. While I do wish the price wasn't as high, I don't think you can go wrong with these.
