Great headset. Used to own turtle beach 800. These are better and you get 2 batteries to change in and out. No more having to remember to plug in my headset

Great audio and easy connects and easy to use software

I purchased and returned these. They sounded great, stayed connected, worked well on my PC (even worried with Linux Mint). The reason I rated it so low is the mic was always active with a slight buzz. If you lower the mic volume to about 5, the mic would shut off sometimes, but you would cut out. For this price, I expected more. Steel Series was contacted. It is a known issue that they are "hoping to release firmware to fix it." I would stay away until it is fixed, especially at this price.

ive bought 5 different headsets including cheaper steel series products, this is the easiest to use and the best quality.

Great headphones for gaming and conference calls alike. A little pricier than I’d like, but well worth the cost.

This would be the best headset if it wasn’t for the piece in the middle of the headphones for noise cancellation. It gets uncomfortable once the ear pads wear in and your ears get spicy and sweaty. Other then that these are fantastic sound and gaming

I love the ease of use!! Great sound. Plug and play. Easy to change the battery and recharge the other battery while playing.

Great headset. Offers great customization options as well. The sound stage is very good (not the best) but definitely gets the job done in games like warzone etc. Headset has a great build as well. Must buy!

These headphones are awesome! The sound quality is better than other gaming headphones I've tested in the past. The noise cancelling isn't the best on the market, but it definitely helps the listening experience.

Absolutely great. Only complaint is that u cant weigh conversation/game ratio on the headset. Its possible through the game system but not on the headset like my arctis 10 had

Software is a bit confusing at first, but overall, the wireless capability, ANC and sound quality it great. I can walk pretty far from the base station and remain connected.

The battery doesn't last as long as it's supposed to and sometimes the port where the batteries are charged starts to fail a bit after a while, but the headphones themselves are good.

If you can afford the headset its a very nice one but id recommend buying wicked cushions as they make the headset more comfortable.

Old headset broke and i wanted one with a hot swappable battery and bluetooth. It’s been fantastic.
