Audio clarity is good but no depth from the settings I have tinkered with and not having an app for connecting to a phone is crazy at the price

Overall build of the headphones are amazing, but the software driving them? Omg, what an absolute headache... Its the worst. First it requires a login so they mine your data, second it screws with your settings constantly. Its supposed to make it easier, but it doesn't. Want to seperate voice from game? Sure. But you have to click the LITTLE button on the corner to allow it. If not, it won't let you. Want to use the speakers on your computer, good luck! Even though the software is supposed to "auto-switch" back, it doesn't! And need help from support? That's laughable, they just blame you for being incompetent instead of taking ownership that their software is garbage. They're too busy adding features that are useless instead of just supporting HEADPHONES.

Great headset, used to think astro were the best headphone but after using these its no question. This headset is the best headset money can buy!

These things are awesome! Crisp sound and no connection issues! Huge upgrade from the TB stealth 700 gen 2 max I upgraded from due to constantly losing connection.

I like the base station, easy to switch between Xbox and PC. Sound quality is good not amazing but good enough. Mic quality was hit and miss. Make sure you have it set to the highest quality. Biggest problem I had was comfort. These were not comfortable at all. The Noise cancellation has this prong underneath the ear pad that would poke my ear. I would feel it all the time. My ears aches after using the headset for awhile, I play long sessions so this was an issue. I simply think the headset is not comfortable enough, if you are going to buy it replace the ear pads to something thicker so you don’t feel the ANC poking. I can’t justify a 350$ headset needing aftermarket ear pads to be comfortable. Audio quality is great, the software is good, but it’s just not comfortable for me.

Its a great headset. I uses it almost everyday. I keep the aux cable to use on the go, and I use the wireless capabilities on my desktop.

The headset is one of the greatest for competitive gaming. Using the also mentioned steelseries Sonar app takes it to another level!

This by far is the best headset I’ve ever purchased. My game has improved as the clarity of sound is incredible I hear every foot step of my opponent.
