My problem came when playing COD is there is costant feedback on mic. I messed with settings on headset also got help from manufacturer but would always return. Besides that I like the swappable battery and retractable mic.

Its been a decent product and I’m working with steelseries to get it replaced but it seems that many people have had issues with this product after doing a bit of research.
