Upgraded from the Arctis 9x, immediate difference. The only reason im giving it 4 stars though is because everytime I switch from my PS5 to my xbox, my mic function just wont work. Until I unplug the headset unit from my xbox and replug.

The audio on these is fine but the headset has a baffling design flaw. They placed the ANC knob inside the ear cuff, this means there’s a large piece of plastic/metal that sticks up about 5mm-6mm and presses directly on your ear. I immediatly put them back in the box and am returning them. These may work for someone with very small ears but I don’t know how such an obvious design flaw made it past Quality Assurance. Between this and their terrible Quality Control recently, Steel Series has gone downhill.

I like the fact that they work with everything but the problem here is they only give the best features when hooked up to a PC. otherwise you are stuck paying for Premium head phones that do not operate premium away from the PC.

The Xbox version works both with PlayStation and Xbox Series X. That was exactly what i was looking for and the Steel Series quaility does not disappoint. Highly recommend!

If you own a PS5 and a Xbox Series X there is a mic problem. When you switch from PS5 to Xbox . the volume of the mic is not loud where people can hear you, This is a problem, Please check Reddit also for same issues.
