Best pair of gaming headphones! the ability to phone connection while playing games not only made it easier to handle calls and important messages, this gives me an opportunity.

Great heads gone just wish the padding on th ears weren’t so cheaply

It's a bit pricey for the results, i hear nothing special with this headset for $348.00, sometimes both batteries die fast for some odd reason, they are not comfy on my ears after awhile. These should cost like $99.00

Audio Quality - 5 Stars Mandatory Software - 1 Star Basically you have to use sonar to access all the awesome features but the software is crippled by constant bad updates and stability issues.

Headset was everything I expected. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Don't bother buying this headset when the Arctis Pro Wireless, Steelseries changed something, and it has connection issues. They also changed the software, it is useless now and its a pain to get to even the EQ settings. The Active Noise Cancelling is not noticeable, but will drain the battery, and the mic for ANC has a chance to poke you in the ears, which they do for me.

Great headset but there is a drawback, at least in my case. I found that my router interferes with the 2.4g connection from the receiver. If I separate the router from the receiver far enough the sound distortion goes away

I have no complaints besides using it on my ps5, which requires me to plug it into my pc first to bring up my sonar settings which make my mic louder then I can use them on my console.

These are pretty good but not worth the price. The protruding microphones in the ear cups make long play sessions uncomfortable. The steelseries software will hijack all of your audio device settings.

My husband loves this steel series headset and it is perfect for PC gaming!

This headset is great and the mic quality is as well. I’ve used it for about a year now and the quality is still great after hours of use and being dropped quit a bit.

So I've always used steel series headsets and I recently switched to turtle beach stealth pro and I also have EPOS H6 PRO and with sounds quality steel series can't even come close, I didn't even realize until I compared them side by side with other headsets now I can't unhear the quality from other headsets substantially cheaper these I suppose are great for highs and a little mids so like fps foot steps and like ANC and local they are decent but if you want an all around good headset these are definitely not it

Great device with the ability to use pc and phone in one device. The software used also has some fantastic audio enhancements for your pc

[Employee of bestbuy] Headset work great sound clarity is amazing. Only thing is other players say I sound robotic, but other than that comment they are the best headset I've used thus far.

It can be used on the PS5, Xbox series X/S, PC, or mobile. It has a two battery system, so one is always charged and ready to go when the other battery is empty. Mediocre active noise canceling at best.

Best headset I've ever owned. Directional audio is superb. Highly highly recommend. Hoping they add custom playstation EQs with the computer software provided.

It just works so flawlessly the price tag is steep but its totally worth it
