Cuts out the audio often

The headset constantly stops receiving audio in the middle of videos or songs. It's almost as if it just goes to sleep on its own volition. A youtube video or VLC app will be playing, separately or simultaneously, and the audio just stops coming through even though the video/audio continues to play. I don't understand it. Never had a problem with a headset doing this in my 15+ years of being a PC nerd. Battery life is fine. Nothing stellar.

It's decent not great and way overpriced

Mic is not what you'd expect from this price range. Also you'll need to buy the wicked cushions or the ANC will touch your ears. It's not the strongest headset I've had. Overall I would go in a different direction if I had to buy a new headset again.

Doesn’t feel like a complete upgrade.

Not sure if i have to just work them in but its not a comfortable fit. I feel like i have to take off the headset in order to change the battery instead of just lifting up the lid like the older ones. Plus the range feels shorter as when i walk to the kitchen or bathroom which are like 20 feet away i start to get interference.
