Great product destroyed by horrible software

Unfortunately, it still does not work. The update doesn't complete properly, there is no chat mix, sonar does not detect any equipment, so basically half of the product's ruin because of their complete incompetence in software development. I've been in contact with their team for 3 weeks to try and get this fixed, but nothing has changed. It would have been a great product, if there software even worked at a minimal level. Truly a pathetic performance by steelseries

Horrible Headphones, Non-Stop Problems

Non stop issues from day one. Robotic distorted audio for 30 seconds about every hour or so. Constant disconnects. Every time I reboot my pc it's like flipping a coin as to whether the microphone constantly disconnects and reconnects. The sound quality, when they work, is mediocre at best, They are pretty comfortable, so I've got that going for me, which is nice.
