I bought this controller in February 2020. It's been great so far but suddenly after 6 months of use -- in August 2020 --- the left thumbstick stops working. Now, I didn't get the geek squad warranty, perhaps I should have, but since I had this only 6 months I'm still covered by the manufacturer's warranty. So, yes: Best Buy tells me I must go to the manufacturer, makes sense. However, the manufacturer replies saying I must initiate the process through Best Buy. So back to Best Buy, and they say they have no way how to initiate the process. So, I'm now in support limbo. I just threw this away to the trash, bought me a new controller and got the geeksquad warranty. Get it.

Great controller does not disconnect from my pc easy to use, the charger stays on for a long time. Love it!

This works with ChromeOS. Need I say more. Geforce Now, Steam Link. Luna, Stadia. All work with this.

Worked great for about a week. After that is started malfunctioning. Uploaded new firmware and tried everything else that was recommended on the internet but finally gave up because it wasn't worth the effort and returned it and just went back to using a wired controller.

So happy that I purchased this amazing controller!

Really good PC and mobile controller if your not trying to use the Xbox controller.

It still uses a micro usb and does not work well with epic games and retrobat. Returned and buying a ps5 controller.

It kinda works until it drops connection with the provided wireless dongle because its PC windows 10 connectivity is terrible....while trying to play a game it will just loose connection 5 feet away and then reconnect a few seconds later....went to tech support went through the hoops to get a replacement from mfg and the replacement did the same thing! thought well maybe its me or my pc so I tried another PC...NOPE! Same!! Do yourself a favor and just stick with the xbox controller for PC cause this thing sucks....On android via Bluetooth ive had no issues.

Got it to use with my Steam Deck and its great!!!!
