Good controller once you update firmware

Go to website inside instructions 2. You MUST have a micro USB (I went through 5 I had until I found one that worked) 2a. Micro USB is NOT included 3. Open app installed from step one 4. Plug in controller with micro USB port 5. Update firmware 6. After that, you will be able to use it as an Xbox 1 controller Amazing a product like is sold without CLEAR instructions or missing part (micro USB)
