Plush was pickup only :(
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was not aware when I purchased the game that the plush was for pickup orders only. I had this delivered and was surprised when the plush did not arrive with it. After looking at the review and the question and answer section did I realize that the plush was for pickup orders. I even did the online chat which did not answer the question of why the plush did not arrive. I even called but was not willing to spend ~25 mintes waiting just to ask about a plush. Will never pre-order anything from here again. Haven't even played the game yet but I'm sure it will be as wonderful and relaxing as previous versions. Sadly not able to give it the stars it deserves. Please make it more obvious if certain deals are pickup only. Make this detail known in the pictures as some people, such as myself, do not go through every detail of an online listing before purchasing.

Time Flies and Horribly Frustrating

For those who enjoy a fast paced game, this would be for you; however, those who play for fun and relaxation, not so much! The biggest turn-off for me is the game's 24 hour clock and how fast the time goes trying to play the storyline. You get up and before you know it, the day is done. You can't enjoy the chores like tending the fields or foraging. You can't leisurely enjoy time with your livestock. It's difficult to make time to make friends with other characters. We live in a fast paced world as it is so I'd rather play a game that helps slow things down where one can relax like ACNH. If there was an option to change settings for those of us who want to play at a slower pace, I'd change my feelings of the game overall. It's a cute game and such a shame we have to rush to get anything done on a daily basis. No thank you.

Best Buy Lies about Pre-Order Bonuses

We were on support for hours trying to get our pre-order bonus with no luck. Great game, best buy sucks and I won't be ordering through them again.
