Language locked

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this as a gift for someone and I didn't see anywhere on the Best Buy description that this game would be language locked, since majority of the games for the switch do have the feature to change language, i thought this one would too. Upon trying to return it, i was told that, since it was opened they would not accept the return. So that's $55 out the window
