After their joyous debut , Bad Co. went to the studio and churned out another winner - a STRAIGHT SHOOTER so to speak ; from the sexy driven growl of 'Feel Like Makin' Love' to the tragic lifestyle in the song 'Shooting Star' and the want , need , and desire of tracks such as 'Anna' and ' Call On Me'. Just to whet your appetite ' Good Lovin' Gone Bad' is just another example of love's loss and recovery. Disc 2 is more of the same , but you see and hear a band that just around the corner would only get bigger and bigger. This sophomore effort is just as good as their debut.......

As the follow up to Bad Company's phenomenal debut, this is one of the finest albums in classic rock. The remastering on this release is actually better than on the debut. The bonus disc may not be quite as strong as what was released in the debut package, but is still very good. Let's hope the band releases remastered versions of the remainder of their catalogue

I bought the first album reissue earlier and just picked up the second Bad Company effort called Straight Shooter. This set is just as good. The bonus disc was great with demos for the album and other rarities . If you are a Bad Co. fan these CDs are must haves!
