Not the prequal to ff1 I was hoping for. It's more like Monster Hunter. You go to a map, get lost, kill some monsters, get WAY more loot than you know what to do with, repeat. All of the characters keep grunting and the protagonist is simply too much of an angry idiot. I hope he dies in the end. It looks amazing and they have popular monsters from a lot of the FF series. (a lot repeated though - I think there are only 20-30 different monsters). I can't wait to be finished so I can take the game to gamestop or give it away. The game just won't end though.

CHAOS is the name of the game. Basically it's FF meets Nioh

Great game to add to the collection and to experience. Be prepared to GRIND a lot on this game especially with all the classes it has to offer. Steelbook was awesome.

Haven't played much of it to b honest. Love ff games but this one just hasn't made me excited to.play it . Combats fine if not overwhelming the amnt of weapons our jobs u have/get.

Enjoyed the original NES version of Final Fantasy and this is definitely an interesting take on it. Makes a few slight changes to the story but overall doesn't damage the originals concept.

Story telling is a bit clunky and the voice overs are overdone and laughable. The action and ability to customize do blend action with RPG very well though.

Great battle system that lets you experience many of the classic Final Fantasy Classes, but in a real time action format. Fun addition to the overall lore of the series, and lots of easter eggs from many of the games released over the years.

This game is definitely worth a try if you’re a final fantasy fan and a from software fan. It’s got some cheesiness and corniness for sure but that’s part of its charm

Its a very interesting take on FF. For one, I love how the demo progress carries over to the actual game. Leveling up is pretty easy and I like the number of job classes it has. I've put in about 30hrs combined with the demo and also enjoying multi-player with a friend.

Didnt really care for the game, not really my style of final fantasy, im into all the others but found this lacking in the fun department.

CHAOS. Who cares about your review, where is CHAOS. You are CHAOS, I am CHAOS, everything is CHAOS. Fun game with amusing writing. It is great seeing a main character who just completely ignores and interrupts villain monologues.

The game is a lot of fun. Story is hard to follow at times, but it picks up at the end and it’s actually pretty good overall. Loved the gameplay mechanics, fighting feels so good. It’s a refreshing take on final fantasy.

Meh, disappointing. The combat is fun but everything else is average or below average.

Great game only downside was after a week of waiting for an update on the steelbook i had to travel to another store to get it
