This product is the most accurate at tracking that I have seen. It also has more features than most tracker in this price range. Very Comfortable. You almost for get you are wearing it.

I bought this to replace my Fitbit Force after they recalled it...this does so much more than anything out there! I have a tendency to miss calls/texts because my phone is in my purse and I don't hear it...not anymore!!! I love that it syncs with MyFitness app, so I can track everything! There were a few glitches at the beginning, but all is great now! The display is a bit hard to read in the sun, but at least you have the option to read your results...not many out there offer that feature...I can't wait for future apps like weather and music coming soon!!! It is one fitness band that can change as you do!

Good for starters but not good enough.

I recently purchased the Striv Touch and honestly enjoyed it for the first couple of weeks I had it. It says that it is splash proof and can be worn in the shower and whatnot so I decided to take a shower with it to see if it was true. The screen it self started spazzing out and was very unresponsive while water was on it and just did not want to stop moving screens. That was my first problem with it. Then after a couple days using it I realized that it would drain the battery on my phone EXTREMELY FAST! My battery would last me an entire day with one charge and it was already at 60% after only 3 hours on standby!! It's own battery was another case as well, it only lasted about 8 hours. Other than those major flaws the device itself is really great for what they tried to do and what it can actually do. The actual fitness part of it is alright, it isn't the best and the app is really poor in my opion. The smartwatch features were what pretty much saved it and I liked that it would tell me all my notifications whether it was instagram, snapchat or even the basic texts and emails. So as a durable smartwatch for someone that wants a cheap one to start off with works fine but I would say look for a better fitness bands like the FitBit series or even the Polar series.

    Wanted to like it

I have an Android 4.4 Phone, Xperia Z2 and it took many tries to "connect" the band with the phone. It was also an amazingly slow process. Although the band connected, it never registered on my phone that a Bluetooth device was connected, thus my phone was not able to receive any information/status updates. *I also tried this on a HTC One and could not connect at all, even with resets of each unit. The pedometer didn't seem to track accurately either. I counted the steps and it seemed to catch about half. I did not test the other features since I immediately returned the unit. The only thing I can say I liked is the design. The band is slim, fairly light. The idea of a fitness tracker with smartwatch features and a screen is great if it could all work. If i was the company, i would make the screen with a slight curve. It feels a little odd where the screen is. Maybe Striiv will provide software updates and I will buy again, but for now, Do NOT buy if you are on Android.

    Best Tracker I have owned

I thought I loved my Fitbit until I got the Striiv Touch. Likes: 1. Accuracy 2. Comfort 3. Features 4. Support/Customer Service 5. Caller ID/Notifications. 6. Easy to read and use touch screen. Dislikes: 1. Sleep part of the app does not show times throughout night. Just shows a graph with start, end time, and total sleep time. My Fitbit tended to show about a 10% over on my steps, and this one about a 2% under, so great accuracy. Keep in mind some of the negatives are for things like "doesn't work with my phone", "Doesn't have the xxx feature". However, the web site does show what phones it supports and what features it currently has. Some complaints are legitimate for specific people I am sure, but just keep things in perspective when reading some of the reviews.

I contacted the company about the features mentioned on the box which do not exist on the device; I also contacted them about the fact that the watch screen times out too quickly (when you touch the screen you've got 1-1.5 seconds before it shuts off). After a week and two emails I have heard nothing back from the company. The box also claims up to 5 days battery life - with normal use I barely get two days out of it. I would not recommend this device. For the price, I expect at least a response to my requests for support.

I purchased this a few days ago and find that the touch display is very hard to get the screen to show. The step counter is questionable. I believe that I will be returning this and purchasing another brand.

    Don't Buy the Striiv Touch

I purchased the Striiv Touch 2 months ago. I should have read the reviews considering there are more 1 star reviews than 5. I am an early adapter and love tech!!! I wanted a fitness tracker that was also a smart watch with notifications. I was excited to find the Striiv Touch and to see all of the cool features it has. Sadly, it didn't work as advertised or expected. First, the App is nice. The MyLand is just OK and doesn't add to the experience. For any category you click, it shows today, but if you slide you can see past days. I felt the app was easy to navigate and self explanatory. Here is the problem!!! When I charge my Striiv Touch, it stops counting everything!!! After 3, 4 or sometimes 5 resets it randomly decides when its going to work again. Today, I have restarted it 15+ times and it still isn't working. Ok, so bad individual units happen. No problem. So I contacted Striiv a month ago and the rep there was super nice and said that it shouldn't happen and I shouldn't have to deal with that and she'd be happy to replace it for free. She wanted to send me a new one and have me return the defective one so they could study what happened to it. That was a great answer but not how it ended... I sent my address and she then said she needed a supervisor approval to proceed. Since then NOTHING. Its been a month and I have emailed a handful of times and haven't heard anything back. Their CEO even sends out emails and says to contact him with any problems. So I did...Still no response or resolution from anyone. So if you're thinking of buying a Striiv Touch, just associate it with flushing $100 down the toilet. You're better off waiting for the iWatch in early 2015 than this.

I bought the fitbit flex and wasn't that thrilled. Well I returned it and bought quite a few different brand to try out. Fitbit Flex wasn't that great the set up was not easy and the the product didn't keep accurate readings. Any negative reviews on here have to be fake there is no way this device is amazing! The LG Lifeband was bulky fit weird and ran on the smaller side and the app was more then unappealing. The Striiv Touch is amazing. I get so many cool update and its very accurate Text messages Facebook notifications missed calls incoming calls Steps taken time and more..... it feels so much more comfortable then the fitbit. IM very happy with my purchase

Bought it as a present to me. it never connected to my windows phone, nor via Bluetooth or any method. I was told by the best buy personnel , that i wouldn't have any trouble... So I bought it! I use my points and cash. Well... Lets say the item never paired , so i never saw it in function; then I decided to returned the next day. Even when i was told my points were credited, this never happened. Overall, do not buy the striiv if you are expecting good results.

I purchased this product believing that I was getting the best deal for my money. After having the product for 5 days I will be returning it to Best Buy and switching back to the Jawbone product line. the product is highly inaccurate, loses connection with my device, repeatedly restarts, and for the most part does not perform as it was advertised to. The notification system is rudimentary at BEST. It doesn't notify me of incoming calls and only half notifies me of texts. No functionality with Hangouts (besides the text side). This device was a great concept, but it needs more time back on the drawing board.

I've loved my Striiv Touch. It hasn't lost connection with my iPhone 5c once. It alerts me to my calls when I'm walking around my house, which I love because I always leave my phone on silent. Texts are fine to read on it--it's easy to do--but I just like that it alerts me to the incoming message. As for its ability as a fitness tracker, it's been excellent. I've never owned one before so I have no basis for comparison. Really like it so far!

The app carashed on my Note 3 so it never got messages. Aslo I type a lot and was cleaning my desk and it tracked my steps SAY WHAT. They need to make the app work, rendering it unusable on my Note 3. I returned it especially since they sync was real hard to do in the first place. (near impossible)

    terrible wristband!!!

I recently just got a striiv and lost it because the wrist band is terribly made! it would fall off all the time because the little buttons/clasps would never stay connected! one day it fell off (yet again) and I lost it for good... I am so upset! for the money we paid to get it, it should have been made better with a more reliable wristband! and now i am $100 bucks short on something I was so excited to get! I'll never know what it was like to actually use it!

If your band malfunctions in anyway and believe me it will it is a poorly made band. Striiv will expect you to resolve your issues on the form with other people who have broken bands and when you send in a ticket to customer support you will not get a response! half the stuff they advertise is not available yet look at the * and the android app is awful and basic. if you want a activity tracker throw out the extra for a Fitbit or jawbone. At least when their products are faulty they will respond to you.
