I bought this item few days back from best buy, but I haven't used this product yet. I had some phone incompatibility issue for this. So, I reached out to striiv customer care via email ( they don't have phone number). I'm still waiting for an answer even after sending repeated reminders in last 7 - days or so.

Don't even bother. Doesn't work for android. No device support. Constant updates have not solved any problems and the manufacturer is worthless. Better off lighting your money on fire as this would be more worth while.
