I think the model I purchased may no longer be available - but for the price I paid - am thrilled. Serves as a reminder for me to keep moving and get enough sleep- couple of glitches that I needed to figure out . Isn't fancy and doesn't track heart rate, etc - but met my needs.

I find it difficult to get the visual icons by tapping the watch face twice. It takes a few trys to get it to come on.

Had my Striiv touch for a month before it stopped working correctly. It began shutting down randomly (those who have one know that once it shuts down, it won't turn on again until connected to power through the charging cradle). For several days, it would not count any steps at all. After it began counting steps again (randomly), the power meter began misrepresenting itself. I plugged it in at 3% and in 10 min it read 100%. Took it off charger and it died 10 min later. Put it on charger for several hours after that and the battery stayed at 100% for 3 days until it dropped dramatically to 15%. After one more charge (only to 99%, wouldn't get to 100%) the device display would start blinking as if it was locked up and eventually shut down. Why the second star you ask? Because the features of the touch are superior to the Fitbit. It's just a matter of whether they are working or not.

I love this device. I prefer to use it over my watch. The alarm pulsates, really wakes you up. Also, the text reader function allows for you to read on the run without having to grab your phone. If I could speak into it reply messages it would be even more awesome.

accuracy of the pedometer does not looks to be as good as others. Nice interface and good connectivity with iphone for texts and calls notifications. Touch display difficult to operate. Good for the price if you want those funcionlities

I love this product. That being said I am a techie. Software is quirky. I have had to restart it, reload it, and fool with it many times. When it works it works like none other! The app is great but needs computer integration (coming soon according to Dave at Striv). It usually resolves itself of any issues at midnight but those software issues should not be there in the first place. As for the device I think it is the best built tracking device out there. I can't wait for the small software bugs to be worked out. If you are not technically oriented, I would buy a cheap fitbit and wait til this product evolves. But then you will be missing out on a lot

This is a great device. Works well. Battery life could be better. I wish it had a way of adding water intake on app. Also wish you could take off messaging, at least mine seems you can't.

I made this purchase to replace a product that I purchased at Walgreens, it is a much better product. Even though both products are made by the same company, the one I got from best buy is much better for me. The band is a part of the watch as opposed to an insert that goes into the band.
