Decent but not sure if it will last a long time

The weakest part is the screw that tightens the mount to the gopro. It seems to take a long of torque to get it tight and worry that over time, it won't continue to hold fast.

Does what it's supposed to

You could probably make a suitable mount for a cheaper price, but if you're not into crafting cheap equipment to take care of your expensive stuff, this should be a no brainer.

ok if on the inside
