This mount is very sturdy. It only comes down when you release it and pull up the tab. I used it on the glass in a hockey rink and it works great in that capacity.

Used on plane windshield for my solo flight as well as car windshield driving along Cali Coast. Never fell once and didn't shake either

I bought this item as an addition unit to my GoPro 5 Black. I am very happy with my purchase and have not had any problems using it. If you are looking for an added item that require a suction cup for your GoPro camera, this is an item I recommend.

If you want to get that outside the car or even an airplane perspective, this is the product for you. The suction cup is easy to attach to a flat surface and stays on really tight.

This worked great. Easy to set up and very strong. The camera never fell while using it as a dash cam.

The suction cup works very well. I was a little concerned about it holding on the outside of my vehicle but it holds very well at least at 75 mph. So i surpasses my standards.

The suction cup works! It does what it was designed for. I've been using it on my Kawasaki ZX10R and the results are very good. I'm happy with it and use it all the time now.

This is a really go pro mount as long as you have a flat surface this will work great. And it’s rated up to 150mph for those high speed runs shoots

Interesting design. You need to push the plunger knob down for the suction, and bring the lever in to lock em in place. The mount comes with different mounting accessories in the box. You can add different attachments and it is held inbplace by a bolt and screw.

As long as there is a smooth, level surface, the mount provides an extremely stable platform on which to mount the Hero Series of cameras.

Using on a BMW M3 race car on the track. The camera attaches to the mount very quickly and easily. I tried attaching to the inside windshield near the roof line pointing forward. Although the camera rocked on the suction cup mount during high speed use, the picture was still viewable. However, during two other days I attached the mount to the windshield, it fell off soon after the car entered the track. I tried wetting the rubber gasket thinking that would provide more suction and that did not work either. This mount is really meant for use on the exterior of the vehicle and when attached to a smooth clean surface it is nearly impossible to remove. In the future I will use it that way with a tether which must be purchased separately.

Great for assembly on surfaces that are easily accessible

I attached this to the top of my car and drove around town during the lead up to Super Bowl LI (51 for the non-Romans), it held tight even while on the freeway.

I've been very impressed with the gopro suction cup mount. I bought this mount to get some good footage while driving. So far, it hasn't dissappointed. The audio is still very clear when mounted inside the vehicle. It definitely has served its purpose. Great product!

Solid mount for the GoPro , used on EXT of my car at very high speeds and is so stable

I was not so sure about mounting my expensive camera to the hood of my Jeep with this and being out on the trail all day. However, it worked great without any issues.

Very versatile mount. It will work inside or outside of the vehicle. It adjusts to any angle and comes with every adapter that you could possibly need.

I bought this for my boat so I can film me driving w the rooster tail in the back. I couldn't have bought a better product for that. At 60mph on the water no issues at all
