Posted .You should try cleaning the suction cup and the mounting area of the windshield with rubbing alcohol, drying both surfaces with a lint-free cloth and applying moisture to the suction cup before placing it on the windshield, this creates a better seal and helps the device stay in place. Had to eventually replace. Charge too much for this little piece you never needed on older models
