Thank you for reaching out to Sunbeam®. We are sorry to hear that your heating pad stopped working within a month. That is certainly not the experience we want you to have. No worries, we are here to help.

Control Blinking, No Heat or No power may be an indicator that the product is not receiving enough power from the source.

To fix this problem, please follow these troubleshooting steps in order:
      1. Unplug the heating pad from the wall outlet for at least 30 seconds
      2. Verify there is no physical damage to the cord, controller, or heating pad
      3. Verify the connection between the heating pad and the controller is tight
      4. Verify that the power cord is plugged directly into a wall outlet. Be sure that this heated product is used only on an AC supply circuit of the proper voltage. Do not use with an extension cord. Do not use with generators, power converters or inverters.
      5. Try a different appliance (such as a small lamp) in the outlet to ensure the outlet is functional.
      6. Try plugging the heating pad into a different outlet to see if it works in a different outlet.

Your Sunbeam® Premium Heating Pad with XpressHeat has a 5-year warranty, If the above resolution will not work please contact us directly to provide the best resolution. Have a great day! Sunbeam

The pad looks great. However it did not heat up. I had a small Sunbeam in the past that worked fine.

Thank you for contacting Sunbeam®! We appreciate your time reaching out and sharing your experience with your heating pad. We are sorry to hear it's not heating. Allow us to help you to fix this.

There are several causes to this kind of issue:

      1. Product is plugged into an extension cord/surge protector and not plugged into a direct wall outlet.
      2. Product wasn't plugged in properly.

To fix this problem, do the following to reset your heating pad:

      1. Unplug the power cord from the electrical connection.
      2. Unplug the cord from the actual product itself (if your product has a detachable cord)
      3. Re-plug the cord into the product. Make sure the connection is secure and complete.(if your product has a detachable cord)
      4. Re-insert power cord back into a wall outlet.

We hope this helps. If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

      Have a great day! Sunbeam
