||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After about a month it would show an error message and stop working. I would unplug it for a few mins to reset and then it would work fine. Then after a while every time I plug it in to use it it will heat up for a few mins, send an error and stop working.

• Make sure pad is not folded or bunched in any area

Can place on my bare skin with no ill effects. Two hour turn off is optional. Easy to operate. Also, the gray color is actually deep forest green. Maybe I was sent the wrong color?
