    Frame worked fine for about a month and then there was an update, once I confirmed the update, the screen just stays on the update page and doesn’t finish updating. I tried doing a factory reset and all the troubleshooting, but the screen just stays on the updating screen. Do not recommend.

    It stopped working after a few weeks. Stays stuck on loading screen. Tried resetting it and trouble shooting it. Nothing works.

    It's 2024 and this thing has a 720p panel like it's 2000. This will not do your pictures justice and honestly should be completely discontinued

    The frame was exactly what we had been shopping for; the image resolution and video quality was perfect. BUT the frame will not turn on when set to an On/Off schedule. Glad we noticed before purchasing three more! This frame is perfect for you, if you don't plan on turning it off!

    I'm so glad I chose this digital frame. I ordered this frame, it is great! It was very easy to transfer pics from my phone to the frame. The images and videos are clear. It also has a nice power saving motion sensing feature, so it turns on when anyone walks by. This is definitely worth every penny.

    Bought this frame as a birthday present in mid-November. By mid-January, the screen has dozens of horizontal lines through it. My wife loved the frame until this happened. Now it is destined for the trash. Very disappointed that it barely lasted two months.
