Been looking for a replacement for my broken digital photo frame. For this one the space is limited but it is better than none. The app does not function well, the crop and orientation functionality.

the only downside is sometimes the pictures don't load with the same zoom level and you have to fix them on the frame.

A little tricky to set up but once you get it right it’s a must have product

My mom had an older digital picture frame from years ago. This new frame is amazing because we live two hours away and can share our pictures in real time! Not to mention, we can also upload videos!!

I'm a little baffled by the positive reviews on this product - the screen is nice and I was pleasantly surprised by the outward appearance given the price, but the touchscreen makes this frame almost unusable. It is slow, unresponsive, and completely uncalibrated - I purchased two separate frames as gifts and they were nearly impossible to configure and set up with the touchscreen. It is embarrassingly bad for 2024.

I used this digital frame for less than a year before it ended up in the trash. The setup process is overly complicated and time-consuming, involving Wi-Fi connections, email accounts, passwords, and other unnecessary steps. All of that effort is pointless because the only practical way to upload photos is with a micro USB card, and even then the process is extremely slow and not user-friendly at all. Once I finally managed to display photos, the frame worked reasonably well for a few months, but then problems started appearing. It began freezing, showing error messages, requiring frequent restarts, and constantly asking for updates over and over again. Eventually, it became completely unusable. After resetting it to factory settings, I could no longer upload any pictures at all. Do not buy this product.

Love this frame! Easy to set up, easy to use. I really love the app, my family can add pictures anytime. This makes a perfect gift.

So easy to set up and load pictures to it. It has a nice clear screen and even plays videos! It’s a really nice frame.

The quality was much better than expected! The problem was that there was a dead spot on the screen and it wouldn’t let us close out of the settings. We had to reset it every time which was not practical and we decided to return it for another one. The other one worked great!
