This game is a must have for playing locally with single console.Although full price is tad high.I got it at discount.

I got this because on launch day my games were still being delivered to me. I was pretty frustrated playing this game initially. The controls never seemed to do what I wanted too until i started moving using the "directional pad". It has a bit of a learning curve and I don't think its worth the price they are currently asking. If you don't plan on playing this multiplayer I wouldn't recommend it.

Pretty good game for the $25 I spent on it on Black Friday. Wouldn’t pay $60 for it, but it is harder and less repetitive than I expected it to be. Even has boss battles that are somewhat challenging

I mainly bought this game because I thought it would be fun to do some 8 player local multiplayer (and that there were not many Switch games for sale at launch). The game is fun in short bursts but I tire of it after 20 minutes or so at a time. It goes over well with groups though and recommend the game if you can find it for a good price (the $50 launch price is too high for what the game is).

The game is a remake of the old school game. I enjoy the story mode can be played co-op. It also has a multiplayer mode, which is one of the highlights. Can't complain much and I only wish they could lower the price, which is not appealing.

When I saw that the Switch was launching with a Bomberman title, I instantly thought back to the days of Bomberman 64. I hoped for the best, and while we didn't get something that awesome here, Super Bomberman R is still an enjoyable game. 8 players bombing each other to smithereens at once is awesome, though good luck playing that in handheld mode! I have to dock a star for the slippery controls, but other than that, it's a nice bit of variety to add to the system at launch!

Fun, multiplayer game. Picked this up for my 9 year old. I gave it a shot with him as well. Updated graphics and fun .

I've been a great fan of bomberban games for a long time. It's a good and fun game.

I mainly picked this game up to try out a Bomberman game and because it was like $16. I have a bad habit of picking up Switch games when they are drastically marked down. Overall, I am happy with the game but would never pay full retail for it which seems to be the ongoing thread about it when you read or watch reviews. I would recommend IF it is on sale.

Not much has changed with Bomberman. It's Bomberman! But you know, on the Switch. The controls feel kinda weird, but I guess I just need to play more.

My daughter and I like this game in short burst. It won't hold your interest for too long, but that's okay if your just looking to kill a few minutes.

Bomberman's return after so many years is actually a nice breath of fresh air in the genre. Last one I played was for ps3 which has online play and was quite fun. This one comes with a story, 4 man online battles, local play, and tons of modes. And not to forget, there's customization for your many different bombers. The level design is great, and there's tons of classicness in the game so you can be a vet, and still come back and bomb everyone out. 4/5 for me.

Me and my kids love this game. Fast paced fun, a must have at the price we go it.

I was going to give it 4 stars but I remembered it was $20 cheaper for me. I've always loved bomberman, this is just like the Super Nintendo version with better graphics and storyline. It does allow up to 8 players so that should be fun once I can make 7 friends

The game is just great and brings back memories of playing the classic version.

My friends and I play the single player game every few months to try and grind for the new outfits. The updates that Konami have been provided are nice fan service with representation of Castlevania, Silent Hill, and Mystical Ninja appearing as well. Online can become hectic, but tends to work smoothly as long as everyone in the room as a solid Internet connection.
