The graphics are really good. Game play is descent. After six or seven levels I just was not good enough to pass any more levels.

I missed bomberman, and this game is a true return to the series!

I bought this as one of the games I first got for my switch. The concept is simple and gets a little challenging towards the end.

If this wasn't one of the few Switch launch titles available, it would be thoroughly ignored due to it's overall lack of value at $50. I paid $40 and still overpaid by at least 20 bucks. Game is as simple as it has been for 30 years. Single player was very short. Multiplayer with AI is annoying. Online multiplayer doesn't even work most of the time. There is just not enough value here to justify a $50 price tag.

Its bomberman, it doesn't look flashy or play particularly bad. But its not an evolution of the formula that it should have been.
