None of the games have been remastered and are running on emulators. The games themselves are incredible but Nintendo put little effort into this collection.

Discovering and rediscovering old titles in an easily accessible way is great. Controls haven't really been updated and on the older games can be felt. But after some getting used to, you're in for a nice experience.
