Customers consistently note the high quality of the three included games, frequently citing the nostalgic appeal and overall value as significant positives. Many also enjoy the fun factor and portability of the collection. However, some users point to control and camera issues as potential drawbacks, along with a feeling that the games are not significantly enhanced from their original versions.

GREAT TRIO
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mario 64 was the main game I bought this for. The other 2 are great games as well, so that’s a plus. Hrs of fun with the kids, price is not bad at all. I do recommend this game a must in Mario’s Collection.

Three classics in one title
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Three classic games in one. Some of the controls are a bit tough on the switch since they were not necessarily remastered for the switch. Overall you get three iconic Mario games that really bring home the nostalgia.

||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.3 Fantastic games in 1 fantastic package! Great Value for 3 amazing games
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I primarily bought this for the Super Mario 64 game. Definitely brought me back to my childhood!! The other 2 games are a real treat and a lot of fun as well! Can’t beat $20/game for these awesome Mario classics.

Mario da Man
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These classics are a lot of fun. Kind of surprised it’s a full price game despite all these games being only $10 each on the Wii U eShop. They look good though and the portability makes it work it.

Great collection, but some disappointing execution
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are three great games. The value is undeniably fantastic. Also, you cannot ignore the fact that now you can play all three games portably. Package-wise, it's a bit disappointing. You can't use a GameCube controller to play Sunshine, and it would have been the easiest fix on Nintendo's part. It's as if they went out of their way to keep GameCube controller functionality out. As far as extras, there's nothing here. Sure, a music player, but I can't see where that would really come in handy. It would be nice to have a little something extra (perhaps the DS port of 64 as a bonus?). But overall, that could be asking too much. Honestly the most offensive thing is the lack of GC controller support. Otherwise, this is a solid collection worth picking up.

Great re-release of classic 3D Mario
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So it's no secret that Nintendo took the emulation route when compiling these three games for Switch. But this is not simply a lazy port. Each of the games has been enhanced in different ways that make them look and play better than the originals. Personally I love Mario 64 and playing it on the original N64. But the enhanced 720p and revamped camera is a nice change. Textures have been enhanced and look better than alternative methods of playing the game. The play control is also tight and responsive, unlike the Wii or Wii U VC. Sunshine and Galaxy get up to 1080p enhanced widescreen graphics (would have been nice on Mario 64) and look amazing. All around for the price this is well worth having on Switch for any 3D Mario fans.

Mario fan? Gotta get this
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Replaying Mario 64 was a blast and brought back the nostalgia feels. The controls are just as bad as ever but I can look over that since they didn't do a remake of the game. I've never played Sunshine, and I gave it a change but it's just not the Mario game for me. Galaxy was a blast and I'm now playing as Luigi to get that 100% completion.

Worth it!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a must if you are a fan of the 3D Mario games. Nintendo didn't do much to remaster the games though, so that was disappointing. That aside, it's a collection of 3 great games!

Nostalgia
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A great collection of games that feel right at home on the switch. The games have been slightly graphically enhanced with higher quality textures but nothing too drastic. I find the asking price fair as you are getting 3 great games for the price of one however it can be argued that because the games are older that the price is a bit much.

Great value for beginners and nostalgia!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great for families, and the games themselves have a lot of content to dig into. The games are easy to learn and very satisfying to advance and get better at. Of course, with Mario as the main character, it's great for kids and video game newcomers to learn basic mechanics. Also a nice addition as a permanent physical game, for times when the internet isn't available. For nostalgia purposes, and anybody who had these games growing up, they are just that. They are simply the games themselves. I get a lot of value out of it now, but they are not different (in any real, noticeable way) than what you played. I might have liked some remastering or updates, but there is something to be said for having the original game you remember.

Nostalgia mario
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. All your favorite mario games. Was really excited to see sunshine come to a modern console after so many years. I think the controls are a little weird with the new joycons, but it's a great nostalgia blast.

Great collection but the price is a bit high
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. At $60 you get 3 games that are essentially direct ports from their respective ports that are apparently being ran via emulation. This is for sure the best option to play these games legitimately but as there is minimal change, as far as I can tell its upscaled and the UI's are redone to look better that seems to be all they have done. Looking at the Spyro and Crash Trilogy's that are $40 each for from the ground up remakes and not just ports this will be a hard pass for some just from a value stand point. Now the biggest issue is this is a timed game and after March 31st 2021 will no longer be available. All this said I definitely recommend this for the nostalgia and ease over playing the originals on their respective systems.

Great Mario collection!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great revisit of 3 classic Mario games. They all feel and play pretty similar to the originals, but always good nostalgia to replay. If you never played one or all of the games, this is a must pick up!

Great Game
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The game has the memories that I remember when first playing these games with better quality. I will say sometimes the controls could be better but overall its really nice to be able to play all these again.

Great collection, though it could have been more
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This, questionably limited time, collection contains 3 great 3d Mario games from the past, (almost) exactly as you remember them for better or worse. These games were very influential and still at least somewhat hold up today. I feel a little more love/effort could have gone into at least partially remastering the games (or even just including galaxy 2) for this price. However, if you loved these games in the past and would like the convenience of having them on one console, or thinking the Switch may hold up longer than your older systems I would divinely give it a buy before it stops being sold. If you haven't played these games at all I would 100% recommend buying them to be able to experience these great classics.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great nostalgic game as I grew up playing all the different Mario games on different Nintendo game systems.
