A Safe but Solid Collection

Nothing else is really new or “remastered” here. It’s fun and having Sunshine and Galaxy in HD and on the go is really neat. Making users use the touchscreen to shoot starbits in Galaxy while in handheld mode is awful, though. You essentially have to stop playing the game to shoot starbits and I’ve taken multiple unfair hits when it’s required. Other than that it’s great fun.

Nothing Stands Out

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: Fun, Nostalgic Cons: Another way to play Mario 64 Bottom Line: Despite this game having a limited print run, it hardly became a collectors item as it is still easy to find on store shelves a year later. They need to stop pushing Mario 64 as the games graphics have not held up well with time. I'd rather have seen Mario Galaxy 2 on here and I am sure others would of too.
