So it's 2 of the greatest 3D Mario games of all time and the most underrated 3D Mario game of all time, all on one cartridge. If you already have all three games on their native* systems, you'll only want to get this because you'll be more easily able to take those games with you. If you've never played these before, it's worth picking up because all three are very fun and very, very deep in terms of the play through (though the storylines remain the whole "Mario saves the day" thing, as with the greater majority of Mario games). Graphics are ripped directly from the respective versions of these games, as are frame rates. While there are patches out there for those who run these in emulation to increase the quality of textures, the frame rates in Sunshine (frame locked to 30fps) and Mario 64 (which often runs at less than 30 fps), and to make Mario 64 into a widescreen game, Nintendo chose to ignore all of that and keep it original. I actually do appreciate this, but I know some fans are disappointed by no HD touchups. The biggest area of improvement for all three games is audio. Playing with my home theater receiver doing the audio instead of my TV's speakers, all 3 games had accurate 5.1 channel surround sound. The soundtracks for all three games being accessible as an extra is a nice bonus - especially Super Mario Galaxy's fully-orchestrated score. All in all, this is worth getting if you don't already have these games or you want to be able to take them with you on the go. Also, as a collector edition thing (because this is going away at the end of March), this is a cart that will only go up in value.

Galaxy is excellent. Sunshine is not. 64 was a good nostalgia trip though wish they’d updated graphics, controls, and camera so it would have been a more enjoyable trip down memory lane.

This game is cool, but it’s kind of a let down. Cons: 1. The controls are reversed and there’s no way to fix them. 2. There’s no GameCube controller support for Mario Sunshine. 3. It came shipped in a bubble envelope and shipping was pretty late. Bubble envelopes are risky because they don’t protect the game box very well. So don’t order this online if your a collector. I wish bestbuy would use small boxes for these games instead of bubble envelopes. (I pre-ordered this game). Pros: 1. You can play Mario games on the go while in handheld mode. That’s the only advantage of this collection in my opinion. I hope Nintendo fixes the reversed controls someday because they are almost unbearable.

Amazing game, it takes me back to my childhood. Mario64 just looks so good! And portable is a plus

Love that they remade theses games, only one bad thing they changed the controls on sunshine and makes it harder to control mario/ camera. They do look amazing and are still great games.

Great deal - 3 great games and you can take them on the go as well. Looks good in handheld and tv modes.

I am reliving these games through my son. I never played Mario 64 but I remember spending many many hours on Sunshine and Galaxy. Watching my son play and telling him secrets and tips I remember from when I played so many years ago has bonded us just a little tighter than before. Who would have thought these games would still be relevant to the younger generation? Thanks Nintendo for bringing them back and thanks Best Buy for the great price!

I had regrets not buying it sooner as a digital copy before Nintendo took it down. So the only way to play them would be through hard copy. No regrets. Lots of fun, and just nostalgic to the younger days. For Mario Galaxy, I’ll recommend playing with the joy-cons detached so it’s the same feel as the Nintendo Wii controller setup. Otherwise the handheld way with touch screen was a bit harder to navigate.

Pure nostalgia. I really love playing Super Mario Galaxy again. The same for Super Mario Sunshine. :-)

The remastered versions look great and I love the convenience of switching through each game on the same console. Galaxy benefitted the most from the remaster and I'm so happy to be playing these games again! The title screen and intro are a bit boring, but I don't really mind. Plus you have access to the whole soundtrack, so yeah, worth every penny.

A classic selection of games that stand the test of time. The controls for Sunshine are reversed from the GC version by default, but that can be changed in settings.

An awesome collection of classic Mario, and cheaper than buying the originals.

The game is pure nostalgia. It has 3 3D Mario games. I really enjoyed being able to play all 3 games on my Nintendo switch. I do recommend purchasing this game sooner rather than later because it is not going to be sold in physical copy forever according to Nintendo. My favorite of the 3 games was Super Mario Sunshine because I felt it had the most unique storyline of the three games. I really recommend this game for any mario fan.

I can’t say much more about Super Mario 3D All Stars than a wonderfully fun game that you can never get tired of playing. Yes we have all played these games before but to have them all in one game is great and makes it easy to play the one you may wish to a a certain day without having to go looking for the other one you want. You never get tired of these classics and to have them all together is a great addition to you game collection.
