Customers are saying

Customers consistently note the high quality of the three included games, frequently citing the nostalgic appeal and overall value as significant positives. Many also enjoy the fun factor and portability of the collection. However, some users point to control and camera issues as potential drawbacks, along with a feeling that the games are not significantly enhanced from their original versions.

Great game for 2020. The Best game to play is Super Mario Galaxy. The 60 fps is so smooth like butter. The game felt more better than on the wii. The overall game is a 8/10. I wish they could added Super Mario Galaxy 2 . I felt like $60 is to much.

As someone who has never been able to afford previous game consoles and who’s first owned console is the Nintendo Switch, it’s really nice to be able to play these classics. Though I personally didn’t like Sunshine as much, I really enjoyed Galaxy and 64

Absolutely a wonderful collection to have on the Nintendo Switch. Obviously Mario 64 looks dated still but otherwise it’s so much fun along with Sunshine and Galaxy looking better than ever. I do highly recommend you play Galaxy on a TV with the joy cons.

Classic games, but a lack of effort from Nintendo

This is a barebones compilation, and bare minimum offering from Nintendo. Because the games themselves are so good I still can't help but love err like this collection. A reoccurring theme is the lack of effort to improve the games. Mario 64 has a few blurry textures replaced, but it's minimal. They could have improved the now ancient camera system, could have made it widescreen, and could have managed 60fps. That's a lot of big could haves. Super Mario Sunshine at least runs in 1080p, but still only at 30fps. Right off the bat in the control tutorial Nintendo's laziness is in the spotlight. Instead of new audio for the tutorial, they snipped out when the voice says the control's button (since they're different on the Switch). That just adds a cheapness to the whole thing. The X button over the onscreen FLUDD icon is still from the Gamecube controller as well. I almost forgot to mention, the Gamecube controller isn't compatible either. Super Mario Galaxy has been improved with "up to" 1080p resolution(it's dynamic) AND 60fps, finally. This version also provides multiple control schemes. Not really any complaints here. Other thoughts: - No Super Mario Galaxy 2 - Emulation: while it itself isn't bad, it's just another point to add to Nintendo's lazy effort with this collection. - Sunshine and Galaxy both look gorgeous with the bumped up resolution and could pass as original Switch games. Mario 64 though could have really benefitted from a ground up remake.

Three great titles together for the switch. While I think the price is a little high for them being older games, they are exceptional, and it is well worth it overall. Hours of enjoyment, and much better than most newer games released.

I was happy when this got announced because even though I owned both Super Mario 64 and Super Mario Sunshine when they were originally out I didn't 100% complete either one. I'm also glad I get to play Super Mario Galaxy for the first time!!!!

For fans of Mario eager to celebrate his 35th anniversary, this game is an amazing bundle of 3 classic 3D Mario games. It’s a great blast from the past, and it will be sure to be an excellent addition to the collections of collectors and new fans, alike.

I have such fond memories playing each of these games on the N64, Gamecube, and Wii, so I'm terribly happy that they're all available on one cartridge. The visuals have been polished, but they still invoke a great sense of nostalgia.

Super cute game my son wanted for Christmas. He's 37! He's been playing Mario for years. The Switch is a really good system in that my grandsons can play it easily and it is very transportable. Best Buy is really the go to when we need games.

I LOVE all of these games. I played Mario Galaxy on the switch when I was younger but never had the chance to have a Wii console of my own, and being able to play the game all the way through and really get to enjoy it to its fullest made me so happy.

Brings 3 great games to one Nintendo switch cart. While the games as as wonky as ever, some worse than others, are completely playable and look great. Highly recommend if you are looking to play some favorites from the past or first time play through.

Awesome collection. This is by far the best version of Mario 64 and Mario Sunshine. However, I still prefer the Wii controllers for Mario Galaxy - but it still has excellent gameplay overall. Every Switch owner needs this game in their collection.

We were super excited to hear they were releasing the Mario 64 and Mario Sunshine games for the Switch. We don't really play Galaxy, but it's nice to have too. Can't go wrong playing these classic games on the Switch!

I grew up playing Mario sunshine on the GameCube, so when I saw this I knew I had to have it. I enjoy it, it’s very cute and dry. It’s just a menu with all 3 games to choose from.

This triple pack of three great mario games is an excellent pick up for fans of the switch and mario games. The games run and play great making these the best playable versions of Mario 64, sunshine and galaxy. As a bonus the soundtrack for the games are fantastic. I just wished they would have remastered mario 64 with the mario Odyssey engine. Also wished they would have given us mario galaxy 2.
