Nostalgic Fun In Spite it Controls

Mario Sunshine has the benefit of wide screen but otherwise the game is what it was originally...an okay but not great Mario story. As for Mario Galaxy, the graphics are crisp and the game seems interesting. The adaptation of wii motion controls to the switch is a little lackluster. I want to like this game more but the control scheme (especially in handheld) can be quite clunky. The limited time release of this is annoying and appears to be a cash grab

Good trip down memory lane, but average quality

It looks like they are emulating the original games, rather than porting them natively to the Switch. However, it was a good nostalgic experience to get to play these games again on the big screen. The user interface is nothing to write home about. The biggest drawback is the notable omission of Super Mario Galaxy 2, which I have never played and was hoping to be able to play on the Switch. Supposedly, the game will only be available through March 2021, so buy it now if you want to secure a copy of these three classics.
