Customers are saying

Customers consistently note the high quality of the three included games, frequently citing the nostalgic appeal and overall value as significant positives. Many also enjoy the fun factor and portability of the collection. However, some users point to control and camera issues as potential drawbacks, along with a feeling that the games are not significantly enhanced from their original versions.

A great blast to the past in the N64 days. I remember spending countless hours playing Mario 64 and playing again, brought back a lot of those memories. Now I get to share those memories with my kids. They love all these games and it's awesome being able to see them play some of the same games I did when I was a kid.

Bought this game mainly because of Mario 64 and I wanted to play Mario galaxy because I didn’t have a Wii. I’ve played Mario sunshine in the past and it’s an ok game but it definitely doesn’t live up to Mario 64. I’ve played Mario galaxy for a little while now and it is a great game. Very glad I bought this 3-in-1 game so I could have access to the classic great Mario games. 4/5 stars mainly because I don’t think Mario sunshine is that great of a game.

Super Mario 64 brings me back to the day it was released when I originally played it. The switch version retains all the good o' stuff, but I'm finding the controls to be almost too precise for an older game if that makes sense. I never played through the other mario games on this disc but I plan to.

I purchased this game for my children who love playing Mario. You can never go wrong when purchasing any Mario game. This is a very fun and interactive games. Some of the levels are very challenging. I love the fact that you have three games in one. The graphics are amazing and the whole family will love playing it.

Great set of games. Relive some of the classics with this collectors item. Not lucky enough to play these when they first came out consider yourself very lucky. These are classics that should be available forever. Hopefully Nintendo will release these again on a switch pro when that gets released.

It's great having all three of these games together. They look great, but I forgot how wonky the camera on Mario 64 can be.

It’s Mario! Three games from my childhood! What else can you ask for?!? This game brings me back to my child hood from Mario 64 to Mario sunshine! I’ve played Mario galaxy a few times but never really gave it a chance, I’m going to see what that game is about once I finish the first two mentioned!

Excellent games! This is a limited time release so better get your copies!!! Controls surprisingly works very well especially for Super Mario 64. Although the camera can be annoying at times. Sunshine controls silky smooth! Galaxy is best used with the joycon controllers detached and plays much like the Wii version!

I've had just as much fun as I did back in the days I first played these games. The original 3D platformer, the underappreciated sequel, and the mind-blowing followup. 64, Sunshine, and Galaxy are must plays for any fan of Mario games and if you want to do it on the go then this is the game for you.

Comes it’s 3 Mario games in remastered HD graphics and a soundtrack! For 60 bucks, it’s kinda on the high side, the game should’ve been 40 or less but hey it’s still pretty worth it if you’re a die hard Mario fan! Also it’s missing Mario Galaxy 2, should be included in this for the 60 dollar price tag!

I would say it’s 4.5 stars just because Mario 64 could be better represented if in widescreen. FLUDD in Sunshine is a little weird without the pressure sensitive buttons. Having a pretty good time with Galaxy though. Never really played it on the Wii. But it’s Mario. It’s always been a good series.

Three games in one! I had never played Super Mario 64 or Sunshine so this was an easy choice while celebrating the 35th anniversary of one of my favorite video game characters of all time. Galaxy is always fun and it's nice to have this in my Switch collection. My daughters enjoy playing it too!

Why was this a limited run title?! These are classics that people have been wanting to play for the longest time and this is what happens?! Despite this bs, there is a lot of value in this collection! Anyways I’ve wrote this review after Mario’s death day, so enjoy trying to snag this game!

If you want to replay your childhood with these classics, it's easily worth the money before the discontinue it (whether they release them separately after March 31 is yet to be known). They could have upgraded a bit more in the older titles, but i'd rather them leave it as is than mess up a remaster.

Definitely a must have for any Switch owner out there if you are a Mario fan. Bought this specifically for Super Mario Galaxy, and I can't put the controller down. Still have to play the other 2 games on here, but I did try them out & the graphics still hold up to original consoles.

A Must Have for Mario Fans

This game collection includes Super Mario's first 3 3D games: Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine and Super Mario Galaxy. All have been touched up for this release, with higher resolution textures and for some, a 16:9 aspect ratio. Also included in the game itself is a music player with soundtracks from each game. While this is an anniversary collection, there are no further extras included. For what it is, it is still a nice collection and the only way to play these games on the switch.

I got the switch because I missed Mario games so much. I have a Super Nintendo so this trilogy was perfect since I used to play Nintendo 64 and GameCube all of the time. Wish they would’ve made super Mario 64 the widescreen version to fit the switch but other than that it was great to get these 3 games in 1!

Everyone has their favorite Mario platformer -- and if you're under 35 years old, this collection probably has one of yours. It's a shame that it's not slightly more complete and MORE of a shame that it's a time-limited special edition, but really the only problem is that Mario games tend to be written to showcase the hardware of their home console and consequently some of the mechanics of these games suffer from being ported to another console without the same physical interface.
