Customers are saying

Customers consistently note the high quality of the three included games, frequently citing the nostalgic appeal and overall value as significant positives. Many also enjoy the fun factor and portability of the collection. However, some users point to control and camera issues as potential drawbacks, along with a feeling that the games are not significantly enhanced from their original versions.

    Great Collection but lacks extras

These games are classics on their own. Having them together is a great deal. The music is a nice touch but does lack so much more possible extras. Either way, the games load fast and having them all on one physical game card is awesome. Each game is unique and have some differences to game play. I know some people wanted Mario Galaxy 2 and that is a bummer it is not included. Great collection even though its lacking so much possible extras for this anniversary of Mario.

Overall its a trip down memory lane for those who want to relive these titles. Since my kids never played these titles I had them try and they were less interested in Mario 64 (it just didn't age as well) but Sunshine and Galaxy are still solid titles and for nothing else these two made the purchase seem worth it. If you played these back when they were first released you will get the same experience (more or less). I wouldn't expect anything new here.

This is a great collection of the best 3D Super Mario collection. Two of these have not been available for over 15 years and now I can finally play them. The only problem with this game is that it is a port and needed some increase in the production value, but the game is a complete flashback and I enjoy it.

Only downfall is when i try to play sunshine, it doesn’t actually let me get past the main menu of the game... But for super mario 64!!! Be warned it is pretty sensitive so the controls are going to take some getting used to. Galaxy is loads of fun too it’s dependent on the sensor, so sometimes it’s tricky to get the arrow on the screen but so fun! Shipping was also fast, so that was good! I’d love to see mario party 64 remastered i would be ecstatic if they came out with that!!!

It's a good value for 3 games for the price of $50. Each one of these games could take 30+ hours to complete for a casual player. Super mario galaxy is easily the most fun of the 3 games as the control and the graphics are better than the other two games. However all 3 worth at least one playthrough.

Title. Mario 64 hasn't aged quite as well as many would claim, but it's still a classic. Sunshine has style and a more difficult platforming style that is satisfying to master. Galaxy is just pure fun. While I'd say the only real improvement in this collection is the resolution in Galaxy (and some debatable control adjustments) it's still a fun filled romp - just be aware you are paying modern full price for games that are all over 10 years old. Also, could use Mario Galaxy 2

This is Nostalgias Sauce my friends. I grew up with both Super Mario 64 & Sunshine and knew I had to grab a copy on day one. The graphics are slightly upgraded, controls work great on the switch, and music as always is fantastic. This is totally worth the buy for old and new generation of Mario fans.

3 great games in one package. Mario Galaxy holds up incredibly well, with Switch motion controls working well in place of Wii IR pointer controls. Having Sunshine available on a modern platform is wonderful and the game is so much better than people remember.

Mario games are always fun and now we can play finally some of the 3D ones ones on the Switch. Personally I picked this up because I never finished Mario Galaxy and is the best game of the bunch. The textures have not been upgraded but the games are clearer due to higher resolutions. I highly recommend!

You know the deal. Mario games have been a landmark feature of the gaming landscape for ages. This collection mines those ages for three of the seminal series’ 3D-based releases, polishes them up, and drops them in your game-playin’ lap for a glorious replaying of some of the finest romps of Mario past.

We are enjoying this game. Our kids were too young when the Nintendo 64 came out so they never played Super Mario 64. For me this game brings back great memories. The gameplay is fluid, the controls do not take long to become familiar, and the controller is comfortable. Great game for the price.

It's been 20+ years since I've played Mario 64 and never played sunshine or galaxy. I have to admit the predecessors to odyssey are an absolute joy. The games are crisp and look visually stunning. Especially 64, which I used to play on a standard zenith. Pretty exceptional on a 4k screen. Great game.

The game came as promised and even earlier than expected. Was dropped off to my front door. As for the game itself... I LOVED it. I had never gotten the chance to play sunshine or galaxy, so I enjoyed them for the first time via switch. What was even more enjoyable, was experiencing Mario64 once again.

Regardless of how you feel about Nintendo’s rollout and decision making with this release, this is an amazing and nostalgic collection to own and play! I’ve personally been waiting for Super Mario Sunshine to rerelease since the GameCube days. Only thing I would’ve preferred is Galaxy 2 included instead Mario 64. Nintendo should’ve done a whole revamp of 64 and rereleased it as it’s own title. Still a must buy for any Nintendo owner and remember to get yours before 3/31/21!

Literally one of the best game compilations to have handheld for in 2020! I especially love the way Super Mario Sunshine looks in this game, it’s excellent! An already monumental, nostalgic, fun-filled group of games makes history once again. Don’t miss out on these limited released 3D Mario classics!

Waited so long for a re-release of the N64, GameCube and Wii Mario titles on the Switch! Picked this up on day one and had a blast from the past. Excellent gameplay and controls mapped to a modern console. Games are clean and polished. Sunshine is now in 16:9! Amazing game and loads of replay value!

This is a great collection of games. I'm especially happy with Mario Sunshine in this package as it seems like the controls are more fluid than I remember them in the GC version. This one probably doesn't need much explanation... if you love these games you will want to pick this up for your Switch.

Having old games made for modern systems is awesome! Mario is the best overall. Everyone enjoys playing. I pre-ordered this game for my son. It arrived at the scheduled date and early in the day so he was able to play immediately. The colors and graphics are so intense to watch on a nice big 4K TV.
