Customers are saying

Customers consistently note the high quality of the three included games, frequently citing the nostalgic appeal and overall value as significant positives. Many also enjoy the fun factor and portability of the collection. However, some users point to control and camera issues as potential drawbacks, along with a feeling that the games are not significantly enhanced from their original versions.

The games are what they say they are. If you played them when you were young nastalgia will pull you through but if you never played these when they originally came out, they just don’t hold up that well.

    Great games, lazy collection

The games themselves are great classics, but this collection is just lazy. Doesn't include Mario Galaxy 2, no impactful changes besides a higher resolution. Super Mario Sunshine still runs at 30fps.

Mario 64 has terrible camera issues. Mario Galaxy is great fun, but not necessarily worth replaying on the Switch if you have it on the Wii. Lost interest before I bothered with Sunshine.

    Another Nintendo Cash Grab

Another Nintendo cash grab. The pandemic may to be blame for the minimal effort put into the development of this game, but the limited time release will make this a must own for collectors.

I would've loved to play the whole game. Buyer beware: some girl is going to make you play only the hard parts of Super Mario Galaxy for her and then steal 10 Switch games from you. It's a trap!

Kind of disappointing. 64 not even having wide screen is almost unforgivable in 2020. Still enjoy having these games on Switch but it is a bit too high priced and they could’ve done more to them.

Kind of a let down. Nintendo did nothing to improve these games. Still all good games. I just had higher expectations from Nintendo. This felt like a easy fast cash grab from them.

While this is a good collection of games, there are no bells and whistles here. In addition, Super Mario Galaxy 2 is sorely missing. This could have been a way better effort from Nintendo.

I can’t really say what the rating for this would be as it was purchased as a Christmas gift for my son-in-law. He is into Super Mario games of all kinds and has several different ones.

If you own these on their original consoles, they are the exact same as they were. Nothing is new about any of these, other than the added benefit of playing them on the go on your Switch.

I love and grew up with all these Mario Classics. I just which Mario 64 wasn’t emulated and was remaster with better textures. Also we have no digital art or history archives for the game.

I’m really disappointed that we had to pay so much for these games. Should have waited for a sale price. Don’t pay full price. Nintendo: stop charging full price for old games.

Thought it would be really cool to have these classic Mario games on Switch, but I was really underwhelmed. Doesn't look too good, and doesn't run well. Not worth full price.

It is nice to have Sunshine and Galaxy on modern hardware, the lack of Galaxy 2 is frustrating as is the limited release window. Seems forced to inflate end of the year quarter sales.

Excellent product. Games are as I remember, though Mario 64 does not hold up well with modern controllers. Sunshine is my favorite Mario game so I am so pleased with this collection

It’s ok. Games are good but the main problem are the controls. They’re not great on the switch. It’s playable though just not amazing.

Nice collection of 3D Mario games. I wish a little bit more work would have gone into the overall product. Very basic presentation. It seems like a rushed collection.

ehh not the best game. the games are the original versions of the games would have preferred the updated versions. Mario 64 was better when it was re-released for the 3DS

I purchased a Nintendo switch and 2 games everything was in good working order the only gripe I have is I would have liked the games to come with a booklet.
