Typical Nintendo lack of effort

These games were pretty good when they were first released many years ago. Two of the three aged pretty well. Nintendo made no quality of life improvements and just lazily took consumer's money.

Release date came and I got the notification from Best Buy at 1am that my 5 copies where ready to be pick up. I went around 10am and they told me that that they could only give me 2 out of the 5 that I had preorder and PAID FOR ALREADY. So where are the other 3?! Did an employee just decided to take them from my preorder and sell them or keep them for himself/herself?! It’s COVID and small business are dying and here is corporate with shady as employees and rude as well. The overall experience was terrible and what’s the point of preorder if employees don’t give a **** and will sell or keep your preorder anyways??! I decided to return the 2 copies the next day. Slowy to me at least, Best Buy is dying just like GameStop.
