So much fun. 4 player couch co op action. I'm going to play through this entire game with my 3 older kids. I will only play a level by myself if I have already completed it with my kids. I never owned a wii u so we are very excited to play this one. We are only through world 1 so far. We had a great time with world 1 though, I would recommend!

This game is LOADS of fun! Visually quite striking and Bowser's Fury is just a great addition to make this a complete entry. Gameplay is straightforward and not overall difficult! Worlds are fantastic and everything just flows so smoothly. You will definitely enjoy this title!

This is by far my sons favorite game. I even enjoy watching him play it. He’s 5, so he does asks his dad for help on some levels of the game but for the most part, it hasn’t been too difficult for him. He would spend all day playing this if he could. I need to pry it out of his hands because he loves it so much.

For the many who missed this on Wii U, this is a must buy. One of the best co-op experiences from that generation and is even better on Switch, as most everything is. Bowser's Fury is an interesting expansion that might be laying the groundwork for future Mario titles.

For someone never having owned a Wii U, I was very excited seeing this game ported to Switch. This is a great anytime game, with lots of gameplay time, and super fun with friends and family! It kinda takes a little bit to introduce new players to the mechanics, but once you get into it, it gets pretty fun and full of hijinks.

My kids love this new game and they where super excited that it came with another game too. Cant get them off of it. my 10y old was so exstatic about the kitty world

This game was a gift for my son because he was doing all his chores and behaving well amazing game, I play with him all the time, he is 7 the perception of 3D I'd like to think that enable part of his brain to develop space dimensions (nothing scientifically proved) haha. Good game for the family and play all together up to 4 players I think.

I’m a sucker for Mario games. By sucker, I mean I’ve been playing Mario games since the first game. He gets into the same Hijinks with the same enemies and I wanna see it play out every time in every game. I’m pretty sure Mario is fired from his plumbing job. Dude does everything but plumbing - tennis, golf, smash bros. Fighting, etc. But now I’ve reached a new level of being suckered. I bought this game at full price on the Wii U. And now I bought this game again at full price on the Nintendo Switch. You’d think I’d at least wait for a sale but no, I’ve been a sucker since Game 1 and I’m a proud sucker 35 years later. At least they added an open world companion game “Bowser’s Fury”.

Fun game my son loves it! Easy to play and the cat is cute.

I never played the original version so don't have much to compare it to, but this is a really fun game. The learning curve to play is simple, game play is smooth and intuitive, and multiplayer is fun. Each time we play we seem to discover something new to do. Highly recommended.

This game is a lot of fun. Classic Mario action. Highly recommended for anyone who has enjoyed previous Mario titles.

Overall fun game. My GF loved it one of the better mario games that came out. I think for the price and overall experience wit was worth it

This mario game is super fun what i like about it is that it feels like mario 64 but with better graphics and more power up abilities. Then jump into Bowsers Fury and fight against Fury Bowser and unlock the world around you.

So far really loving the game. I never played it on the WiiU so, this is a fun introduction to some of the past games. The graphics are awesome and the straightforwardness of the game makes it universal amongst all ages. Haven't gotten to Bowser's Fury part yet, but can't wait to keep playing. It's a fun game to play alone or with friends.

Bought this for our youngest son for Christmas and he enjoys the game!

I bought this on Wii U and re bought on the Switch. It is so much better on Switch and the graphics are better as well. This is the definitive edition in my mind. I have seen this on sale for $40. The main game will take 13 hours to complete and the expansion is only 3 hours. Ultimately it’s a great deal (even at full price).

Bought this for my niece's birthday. She's been loving every bit of it and it's fun to watch her play!
