If you haven't played 3D Mario World on Wii U, definitely pick this one up. Bowser's Fury is cool, but I couldn't personally justify spending $60 just for this. That said, I did spend $60 just for Bowser's Fury because my kid wanted it and I always cave when he asks for something like this!

Entertaining game, especially with friends and family. Great to play on your own, but if you are a competitive player, the multi-player option is better. It's simple enough that younger players can complete it, however, it is fun for many ages.

Excellent Mario video game to relax and complete missions

I love all Mario or games associated with Mario, and have played Mario/Nintendo since the very first original came out, but this game is by far my favorite game of all time! Not just for Mario but for all Nintendo games ever released. It is super fun, has a variety of challenges game wise so it’s not repetitive, it plays smoothly, the colors are very vibrant, and the graphics as well as the storyline clips are super duper fun to watch. I cannot say enough about this game! I will be playing this over and over again even after I’ve beaten it. Some people have complained about the over all game play time however that has not bothered me. I’ve never been one of those who can play an entire game in 3-6 hours, as it takes me at least several days to most often a couple weeks to finish, I like to enjoy a game to its fullest so I explore and make sure I collect everything which there is plenty of that to do in this game. This game is totally worth every penny!

First time playing Mario 3D world and I really enjoyed how easy it was to pick up and go. Getting to choose multiple characters and getting various outcomes makes this have a lot of replay. Favorite way of playing this was surprisingly in handheld . I would play this on the go and get through a level in a short amount of time . Highly recommend .

Bowser's Fury is about 6 hours of extra content to fully complete ontop of the base 3D World game. If you havent played 3D World this is the definitive version. Maybe wait for a price drop or use a coupon on it.

Bought this for my daughter since she loves cats and Mario. It was the perfect game for her. She’s spent many hours on it and I always hear her laughing and having a good time while playing. The game does not seem overly hard which is good for an 8 year old. The game is fun for all ages and not just kids. Great game for the Mario series

Love the game and can’t wait to play it again. Also love that they up the difficulty a tad in the later worlds. The bowser’s furry expansion is a bit underwhelming but solid. It doesn’t even matter because it’s worth it for the main game alone.

Love this game! We gather as a family and play it together. The kiddos love it as well.

I purchased this game for my family. We enjoy playing this game. My two sons purchased this and now we can all play this game together. One son lives in Tokyo, Japan and we invite him to play with us and we have a great time. Very nice and fun game to play especially with all of my family members.

Fantastic Mario game. It is a blast to play multiplayer as well as solo. Replay value is good as well. High recommended!

I love mario games and this one is super duper fun to play its different in terms of the average mario game and having up to 4 players allows for fun family time with my siblings.

If there is one game series I think anybody can pick up and have fun with, it's Super Mario. Not only is it an excellent port of the Wii U game, but adds a lot of new content as well. 3D World is a fun, challenging game that anyone can enjoy.

Very good game if you didn't play it on wii u also big sale because of the extra content for free browser's fury feels like a sequel to oddessy and 3d world if you fan of mario odyssey and 3d world you definitely love this game and add it to your switch collection my rating of this switch exclusive 9 out of 10.

Awesome graphics, very creative game. Super Mario has come quite a way since the 80s!! This game has been quite addictive for my 6 year old son. He had no trouble catching on right out of the gate. For children that love the villians this game is a good pick. His favorite character is Bowser.

When I found out this game was coming to the Switch, I was very excited and looking forward to it because I never played it on Wii U as I didn't have one. Now that I have it and played through it for a while, it definitely did not disappoint. The game allows for up to 4 players to easily connect locally and online to play levels together, making it a great game to play with friends and family. Bowser's Fury was also a welcome addition to the game, giving you a free-roaming 3D Mario experience that even the most seasoned 3D World players are bound to enjoy. The only thing I wish this game had was GameCube controller support, which most of my Mario Switch games already had.

Expands on the Wii U version of this game and adds a complete new Bowesr Fury game. These are so much fun! Don’t forget to get the Peach and Mario Cat amiibos. All are fabulous. Younger kids can also play this game as it has EASY settings so they can readily accomplish tasks. Highly recommend!

My kid’s been glued to this game for hours—and I totally get why. It’s fun, colorful, and packed with action. Hearing the laughter and excitement makes it 100% worth it.

The four star rating is due to me already having Super Mario 3D World on another console. In my case the price is a little steep. If you don't, then the price is probably right. Bowser's Fury is a completely separate game from 3D world. It's interesting and fun. Think Mario Sunshine without jumping through paint to get to other levels. And Bowser attacking you every few minutes with his fire breath and spikes from his shell. 3D world remains unchanged from it's previous form. If you don't own 3D world but enjoy 3D Mario world games (Sunshine, Odyssey, 64) 100% recommend. If you do, then I can't recommend either way.
