Then I immediately contact the sales through the chat, got a number to call. This is where the nightmare started. I have been transffered for 4-5 times back and forward to sales department, primary care department, and digital department, and eventually, no one would provide any help. I recently start to purchase at Bestbuy more than other stores, and basically I have a ok to good experience. However, the service is terribly bad when you really have a issue to solve. Anyway, I’ll keep the digigal game, and probably purchase another physical copy in target.

You move so QUICK, but the only bad thing is I do not know if best buy is going to ship this to my email or cancel the order.
