Great game. Loads of fun. Challenging on some levels but doable. My kids enjoyed the game. Definitely recommend for anyone including kids.

It is fun but very easy as it only took my 9 year old boy two days finishing the game. Collecting all the cat shines only took him additional two days…We need more challenges as the game is a bit expensive.

Super fun game for the whole family! Bowser's fury was great, short, but great! The main game has A LOT of content! Just when you think you're done, new stuff unlocks!

Excellent game that runs perfectly on the switch. Bowser's Fury adds a whole lot of gameplay for those that have played this before. It's better as a single player game.

I was excited when Nintendo announced Super Mario 3D World was coming to the Nintendo Switch with some slight changes and online play, as well as putting in a new mini adventure in the form of Bowser's Fury! The overall experience with 3D World online has been pretty good for me, I tested it with a couple friends that live in the U.S. as well as the UK, and both experiences have been pretty good though playing with my European friend did bring in a bit more lag compared to my friends that live in the U.S. but overall it's pretty good and really fun! As far as Bowser's Fury it's definitely a short adventure with me finishing it 100% in about 6 hours but the whole thing has been really fun and is definitely worth checking out! Overall I'm really happy with this game.

If you just watched The Super Mario Bros Movie you need to play this game. It references the Cat Mario power up and features “Bowser’s Fury” a song also featured in the movie during a heavy metal scene with Bowser and his minions. Gameplay is fun especially with a friend or sibling in co-op. You’ll stop playing the game and have a smile on your face realizing the simple fun you had with Super Mario 3D World on Switch. In these times we all need a nice unwind like that. You can’t go wrong playing a Mario game!

This is a must buy if you never got to experience SM3DW on the Wii U. I think SM3DW was inspired to pay homage to the past mainline 2D Mario games. Examples: SMB1 flagpole ending, SMB2 character gameplay differences with the slot machine mini-game and fairies, SMB3 and SMW overworld theming. Similar enemies and power-ups from these past games are also re-introduced like the tanooki suit and galoombas. This game is an awesome innovation to the 2D mainline games and hope to see the series continue with this idea. Bowser's Fury is also a fun new 3D open world adventure. This is a must have for Switch owners!

Got this game as a present for my 4 year old and she loves it! She will not play another game and she loves switching between both of the included games. I also play the game myself and it's very fun.

Bought for my 5 year old and he cant get enough just a pure blast and it being a 2 in 1 game bowsers fury is a gem short but playbox style fast and straight to the point dont think about it if you are on the fence

Mario 3D World and Bowser’s Fury are a welcomed addition to the Super Mario library. 2 separate games on one cartridge, 2 unique experiences that contrast each other quite well. The bright and cheerful 3D world, where Mario dons several different cat suits to adopt feline powers, plays off the darker, grittier Fury where Mario has the capability to grow 100 times his size to battle Bowser amid the different worlds. Both games will entertain with decent replayability. A Mario fan’s must have.

Super fun game ! Confusing at first if your use to the classic Mario . However, the new levels and character transformation is so cute and fun. I do miss the bubble help from the prior one . It took some getting used to however this quickly became or family game night game . By the way also LOVED the secret levels at the end as well!

Love it! It is a 3-D world as opposed to side-scroll (both formats are great, but just so you know this is a 3-D interface). The two player mode has player #2 playing as Bowser Jr., which means player #2 can sometimes feel marginalized, but Bowser Jr. can do some things that Mario can not. So, it is kind of a partnership, but it's mainly designed to be a one player game.

Years after it's original debut on the Wii U the game is still just as fun. One of the best modern Mario games that will keep you hooked for a few hours. If you liked it on the Wii U then you'll love this port.

Amazing game to play by yourself or with friends, highly recommend if you like 3D platformers!

As someone who did not have a Wii U, I have been pleased with all of the ports Nintendo has given us on the Switch. Playing Super Mario 3D Land on the Nintendo 3Ds back in the day, I was excited to know this game existed. Prior to the announcement of this game, I had been looking to purchase a Wii U so I could try this game out. I was overly excited to hear this would be ported over with online multiplayer (which all ports thus far have lacked) and new content. The game looks and plays amazing on both my Switch Lite and regular Switch when it is docked. The added content, Bowser's Fury, reminds me of Super Mario Odyssey that we never got. For someone who did not play the original, the price tag, IMO, is more than worth it.
