This game is pretty fun with the wife and kid. Its got fun and challenging levels for everyone.

First of all, this takes the best elements from all Mario games. The best power ups since Mario 3, the character choice of Mario 2, the gameplay of Mario 64, and the ingenuity of Mario Galaxy. There is even a retro game hidden within if you have a Super Luigi U save. You get Luigi Bros., which is a Luigi-ized version of the original Mario Bros. The graphics are incredible! Especially considering how hard everyone knocks the Wii U for that very fact. All I am saying is that it is going to very hard to top this one!

If you have a Wii U, you should probably purchase this game. It's great and has an extensive amount of content and surprisingly challenging in some levels.

My daughter adores this game!!!! As a 6yr old she loves the storyline of rescuing fairies. The levels are challenging but not too hard. I like the sense of adventure & variety in the different levels also. Like all Super Mario games it is very visible that a lot of thought & creativity went into the making. This game is very attention grabbing! Would definitely recommend this game to others.

I like this game because it can be played at the level the gamer chooses. The kids will play it and are over-joyed at clearing the board whether they have found the stars and stamps or not. For them it's just about getting through it alive. The adults can play with the challenge of finding the stars and stamps, getting all of the stars and stamps before moving to a new world. Sometimes it's very, very challenging and that's the best part. You can move on or stay. Fun fun fun!

It's a Mario game so it is guaranteed to be a fun and entertaining video game. Its is easy and the Co-op is makes it fun but the camera movement for it isn't the best. Still an overall beautiful and fun game. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that owns a wii u

There is nothing I could write here that would accurately convey playing this game. Find a friend that has it and play multiplayer with them. It's a top-notch game alone and with friends.

This makes getting the Wii u completely worth it. Great reinvention of Mario with a mix of 3d and 2d elements (stars, poles etc.). Tons of depth, lots of levels, some challenges as well. Probably the best couch co-op I've ever played, got people who haven't touched a Mario game in 15 years fully engaged and having fun. Just buy it no need to read another review.

The main reason everyone played Nintendo and still plays Nintendo: MARIO! Some cool twists and a ton of fun as usual. Not much else needs to be said, a must have for the Wii U!

This game has entertained my daughter sine the day we brought it home. I like that it takes effort to figure out how the courses are run.

This is a unique version of super Mario. The 3D perspective makes it much more challenging than all the rest of the Mario games while still keeping the same Mario fun.
