I recently purchased a new Wii U in this present console war era, and Super Mario 3d World for the Nintendo Wii U is enough of a reason to own this wonderful little system. Super Mario 3d World is a very fun and thoughtful game, the Wii U offers many ways to play this fanastic game; Wii mote, Gamepad, Wii U pro controller, and nunchuck with Wii mote. This game is accessible to many people of all ages. Highly recommended for gamers of all skill levels. Wondeful 1080 HD visuals and effects, four playable characters with each having a unique skill that will have gamers utilizing all characters. Great purchase, I would very likely give this game as a gift to a friend, family, and even an enemy.

This game is extremely simple when it comes to level design, graphical design, and scope. This is all forgivable because of the 4-player co-op, which is a first for a 3D Mario game. It works really well.

This is my favorite wii u game. You will not regret buying this.

Super Mario 3d World is one of the best games on Wii U. It's a killer App for the system like all Mario games are known to be. If you get the system you must get this game. I highly recommend it. I give it 5 stars

If you love Mario games, do yourself a favor and pick this title up. Play with your friends or family and have a blast! The cat suit is interesting and fun. Can't really say anything negative except that you share lives in multiplayer, so watch those jumps! This game is great for all ages and highly recommended!

Me and my wife love this game and we can sit there and play it for hours! Mario games never grow old. reminds me of the same kind of gameplay as super mario 64 meets super mario world.

This is a great game to play alone or with family and friends! I play it with my wife and we love it. It is well balanced in its difficulty as the game progresses.

I couldn't wait to pick this title up after I bought my Wii U for Christmas. I wasn't disappointed either. It's so much fun exploring the colorful 3D world of Mario with new twists and turns on every level. Super Mario 3D World is a riot to play with friends and family as well. I recommend you get everyone together and get ready for a party. Chanllenge each other for the crown and laugh till you stomach hurts. Absolutely an amzing family game as well as a fun and chanllenging solo platform. The detail and creativity in Super Mario 3D World makes this the best Mario title yet!

I absolutely love this game and I love the retro Super Mario Bros 3 feel to it. Definitely worth the money to add this to your collection.

I bought my Wii U to play Mario 3D World and I was not disappointed. Great game.

I love this game. It alone makes the Wii U worth buying at this point. You will be entertained for hours playing this alone or with friends and the variety of levels makes each one just as new and exciting as the last. The levels are timed and limit exploration somewhat in some instances, but not enough to knock a star off. Also, no online co-op in 2014? Hmm. Overall, this is my favorite Wii U game so far and the best Mario game in years, you could not go wrong purchasing this.

It's a pretty fun 3d Mario game and the cat suit adds a unique element to the game

Nintendo, you make great Mario games in 3D. I want full 360 degree zoom in/out camera control. Make it an option, its very easy. You program games with a smart camera, but you take this feature away. Some players want to play with a camera that isn't zoomed out 50 ft from my character. I like to see the game's detail. SuperMario64 had a great camera. Sunshine had the camera i speak of but it wouldn't zoom in far enough. SuperMarioGalaxy1&2 had cameras that were terrible, with no control option. Once again, you have taken camera control away from the player. Please bring it back!

This ranks as my least favorite 3D Mario game because of the inclusion of a timer on all levels. The timer limits the size of each level and kills the exploration and adventure aspect the past 3D Mario games had. I can understand having a timer on some levels designed around a challenge but the games from Super Mario 64 to Super Mario Galaxy 2 emphasized exploration and that's what made them so much fun. I hope Nintendo doesn't include a timer in future Mario 3D games or I'll have to pass.

This game is absolutely beautiful and I love all of the new aspects that were added. However I was extremely disappointed in the difficulty level. I beat this game in one day. And I play to get everything!!! I'm a huge Mario fan and play all of their games but I just wish this one was more difficult. I beat the final bowser in one turn. It should take me at least an hour to best him. Other than the difficulty level it's super fun. But where is yoshi? You can't have Mario without yoshi.

This game is fun to play with others it makes it real fun to play with others and help out one another. Definitely not a game to enjoy on your own. My husband and I are mario fans and have played other games however we have found that this game has been a bit easier than others. It is still fun though.
